The suspects are described as 3 black males, wearing scarves on their faces. They said he got away with cash and stole a cell phone from a customer. Nobody was hurt. If you take a look, you can see theres officers escorting him off the plane. Witnesses say he was drunk when he got on board. They say he even brought his own booze and got mad when flight attendants wouldnt let him have a drink. And then he said, were all going to die, threatening the cutter. Passengers spoke out, including one man who said he stopped the suspect in his tracks. He had gotten up and was going towards the captain, the flight area, so i got up, stood in front of him and said, youre not getting by me. I prevented him from going farther. It was a little unnerving at first, because he started and we realizeed he was a drunk guy out of control. Police say the flight crew and passengers did a great job. The mans name has not been released. This was a Customer Service arrested. The family of Deputy Derek Geer was shot while in the line of duty and will be taken off life support when his organs are donaaed. He is a 15year veteran, a husband, two children. He was shot monday while on call in Grand Junction and a Memorial Fund has been set up there is a 17yearold suspect in custody in connection with the shooting. Scary moments at our state capitol. He was convicted of first and Second Degree assault last year. Police say he strangleed his lid. This man is accused of hitting a deputy in the face. When they tried to put him in handcuffs they say he ran and punched a deputy. Deputies tracked him down. He now faces several felony charges. In Aurora Police investigating the homicide for early tuesday morning. They say found a woman dead on east first drive in an apartment. Officers found a man in the apartment. Police are not releasing his name, but they tell us he is considered a person of interest. 4 45 now. Registered nurse is accused of swindlinggmore than 140,000 in elderly patient. Sheila wagner is accused of allowing a meth lab o operate in the patients house. That house in longmont has been condemned. Police say the nurse is related to the 89yearold patient and moved in about 10 months ago. This resulted in high levels of methamphetamine concentrations in the home that mitigate the meth use in the home. Wagner is being held for investigation of theft from an at risk adult.
