Kirsten Joyce the man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a teenage girl. Has agreed to a possible plea deal. North Las Vegas Police say 26yearold Jimmy Carter Kim abducted a 14yearold from arizona. And held her captive for a month. After the girls case became known. More victims started coming forward. Kim was eventually charged with 83 counts. The plea deal would require him to plead guilty. Assault of a minor under 16. And one count of sexual assault. He would also serve a minimum of 35years in prison. Kim is expected to enter his plea on march 10th. brian loftus Kirsten Joyce a family is seeking justice. The driver leanardo ruesga is set to be sentenced thursday. He admitted guilt to 8 news now in an interview last year, then pleaded not guilty. And now has entered a guilty plea for two counts of driving under the Leonardo Ruesga offende r because i couldnt hold it in any longer. It was just bottling up more and more every day. Vanessa Murphy we visited ruesga in jail again monday. The 20 year old man could face six to twenty years for each count. Records show he had marijuana and methamphetamin e in his system at the time of the crash. And he left the scene. Police tracked him down shortly after. ruesga im truly sorry.
