No officer was injured. brian loftus this is the second officer involved shooting in just five days. Yesterday, metro held a press conference. Giving us more information on friday nights incident outside the bellagio. Police arrested 20yearold kahleal black. After they say he was waiving a gun around. Later this morning, hell make his first court appearance. We learned his gun was not loaded. But there were at least several occasions where police say. He pointed the gun at people and the officer who opened fire at black was about 10yards away from him. Undersheriff Kevin Mcmahill says this shooting, like every incident where a gun is discharged.
