Kirsten Joyce police say minor injuries. And released from the hospital. Hes currently behind bars this morning. And booked on felony charges. No officer was injured. brian loftus this is the second officer involved shooting in just five days. Yesterday, metro held a press conference. Giving us more information on friday nights incident outside the bellagio. Police arrested 20yearold kahleal black. After they say he was waiving a gun around. Later this morning, hell make his first court appearance. We learned his gun was not loaded. But there were at least several occasions where police say.
