The two metro employees. A man and wife. Both fired their weapons at what they believed was a burglar inside their home near ann and allen. It turned out to be a relative. Who lives with them. But wasnt expected to come home just then. The relative has nonlife threatening injuries. Metro says there is a policy that involves accidental but it doesnt apply here. And they are not considering it an officer involved shooting. So North Las Vegas police are investigating it. But at this point they say nothing leads them to pursue criminal charges. And it appears to have stemmed from a case of mistaken identity. A dash cam recording shows officers confronting a man they thought was involved in a robbery senor venga aqui thats not him dude.
