The 28yearold was shot and killed last march in vernal heights park. Officers encountered him in the park. Police say they fired when he appeared to draw a weapon. That turned out to be a taser. Attorney john burress says he will file the federal lawsuit on friday the same plan orring that were organized. This lawsuit begins the machinery of justice. This is the actual weapon. The police chief says it looked to officers like a real gun. Every indication is that officers were firing in defense of their lives.
