The report is not sitting well with friends of lynn spalding. This is the autopsy report for 57 year old lyhn spalding. Now this they have added this as a secondary cuss of death, acute alcoholism by history, that is gratuitous and not necessary. That is not why this lead died. He also said the family was supposed to see the medical examiners report before the media, which he said went the case. I certainly will pursue through various avenues that there be some investigation into the way this particular case has been handled, whether its through a Regulatory Agency or whether its through your grand jury. Some of spaldings friends say they are angry bus they feel the report blips the victim. They said the spalding would still be alive if the hospital had not lost her and they still dont really know how she died. We had the report explained. The objects are now on lone to the exploratorium in San Francisco, providing a rare gimp into the lives of psychiatric patients over the last 100 years. These ever 9 things patience brought with them to the Psychiatric Center and left behind when they moved or passed away. The staff would carefully pack up the belongings and store them in the attic. When the hospital finale closed in 1995, there were more than 400 suitcases and trunks there. Employees volunteered, took their own time to wrap hem up and turn them over to the new york state museum. Then a couple years ago, john launched a kickstarter pin with an online video to raise money to photograph those objects. Its almost as if it were a time company soul that was put away and forgotten about. The campaign brought in 18,000. More than double johns goal. The photographs tell a story, going about the time that the patients lived and the things they chose to bring with them. Johns pictures are part of the exploratoriums exhibit. A box that was mailed to a patient at willard, and you can see its his wooden leg and some shoes and the leather strap that was used to attach the leg to his body. Miller is a psychiatrist who examined the items along with records. It includes her comparisons about how patience were treated at willard then and how they would likely be treated now. The owner of this trunk was a nurse, admitted in 1914 with a condition known at dimension. She did not have a psychotic illness. She had severe depression and she recovered at willard, but she never left. She was admitted at about age 40 and she lived to 102.
