Before the scandal wells fargo had had a negative perception rate at 15 . The Management Consultancy survey found negative perceptions have since soared to 52 . Wells fargo is at risk of losing 99 billion in deposits over the next year and half as a direct result of the scandal. Just last month claims surfaced that the bank created as many as 2 million fake bank and credit card accounts between 2011 and 2015 in order to meet sales goals. All right. The Consumer Product Safety Commission say the clings can separate and expose the battery which can choke children. They were sold nationwide from august to september for about a buck. People with high levels of Financial Stress looked older to others and seemed to have aged more over a nineyear period than people who felt more in control their financial situation. A fish lad their will finally give steelhead trout a clear path to nearly seven miles of natural spawning habitat. Its huge, and its not just this area. Its a regionally significant project for steelheads. Its been a tough project for us. Reporter and today marked the official Ribbon Cutting for the fish passage project that reconnects the upper and lower watersheds. Weve seen fish in various years get stuck below this structure and they spawn downstream because the habitat is not suitable for them. Reporter before today the threatened california coast steelhead would literally get stuck apt this culvert which runs beneath interstate 80. And they would try to continue to their native spawning grounds, but they would encounter these 320foot flat concrete structures, and as you can imagine it would become very difficult for a fish to swim up that. Lets show you exactly where this is happening hat corner of College Avenue and alcatraz avenue. Elissa harrington is live now from the scene with the late on this. Elis elissa. Reporter this tree toppled over 359 30 this morning and the roots came clear out of the ground and it tore up the sidewalk and then crashed into an apartment building. It all did take down a wire. Now at first police thought that this might be a live power line, so they did close the road to traffic. We are along College Avenue and alcatraz. They did find out this is an at t line for television and phone, so lanes along College Avenue are back open but officers are out here directing traffic and it is moving very slow. The good news is nobody was hurt. Some branches did fall over on a parked car and did damage that vehicle. The department of forestry is on the way and they will determine what caused this tree to fall and the best way to clear it from the area. Now, it was windy earlier today, and a spokesman for the city of berkeley did tell me that it appears wind was the cause, but, again, the department of forestry is going to come out here hand make their own determination. You can also see if you come back to us, the inside of the tree appears to be hole owed out. Perhaps it was rotting or maybe it was sick.
