Let me show you video shot by her uncle. It is of the transport ambulance driving the 13yearold away from Childrens Hospital oakland. The family would not say where she is going, but they did say she will be at a care facility in less than 10 hours. The attorney said she does not from a trach or feeding tube and said she is in a delicate state. She had to get a death certificate from Alameda County and sign a released to transport her. At a News Conference the uncle said the entire family is still praying for recovery and they are ready for a potentially difficult recovery if she does regain regain brain activity. If i can help her through another 10 years or 20 years or 40 years or 50 years or however long it takes, i would rather have that than see her taken away from that hospital in a bag. The cause of death is pending. I a that specific question to the coroner. What happens if and when we demonstrate she has brain activity . They said we will change it. Now, shortly after she was transported Childrens Hospital released a short statement that read in part, the coroner has released her body to the custody of her mother as per court order for a destination unknown. Our hearts go out to the family as they grieve for this sad situation and we wish them closure and peace. Again, they have not said where they are taking her. They said they are trying to protect her and any patients at the facility she is going to. They also said it may 23409 be it may not be an end to this legal situation. Today after nearly a month of legal battles she was released to her coroner to the coroner and then her family.
