The Health Department says further dna testing is continuing and may provide Additional Information regarding the outbreak. Waterloo please say say a man wanted on a warrant was shot after veering his van toward a waterloo officer while trying to flee. It all happened after officers spotted 24yearold Brandon Seeley driving in Downtown Waterloo yesterday afternoon.
