Troubling news for Hillary Clinton in an exclusive interview with fox news, the man who claims he hacked into her private server is now speaking out. You accessed a lot of accounts, marcel. Reporter good morning. This interview happened in april as part of our exclusive. After that we did a series of followup phone calls he allowed us to record for broadcast. 44yearold marcel that goes by the name of guccifer told me this. You accessed a lot of accounts, marcel. Was the clinton server easy or hard . No, for me was easy, for everybody. Reporter he told me he accessed the account by correctly guessing the blumenthal question. How many times did you access the clinton server, marcel . I say like twice. For me it was not like the Hillary Clinton server. It was, like, an email server she and others were using with political voting stuff. Reporter the clinton server now in fbi hands may have an electronic trail that would confirm or disprove his claims. Unfortunately in this community, a lot of people make up stories. And its hard to know what is really true until you get into the forensics evidence and get hard facts. Reporter this week mrs. Clinton was asked about security. Any indication your private server was hacked by foreign hackers . No, not at all. Reporter he says no Government Agency has notified him that it was hacked. And hes cooperated with the fbi in exchange for a reduced sentence could be an advantage to him in the situation he faces. I was reading one of your reports online that said this guy is not a super programmer, he knew how to break the computer, he read biographies of famous people and guessed their passwords and got into it. Because hes a hacker, usually the guys extradited are involved in great big financial scams. This is kind of an outliar, which probably is bad for Hillary Clinton. Well, you raise a very good point. Based on the research we did as part of our ongoing investigation, we found that hacker that is are extradited to the United States is usually done when theres a huge financial fraud or whether they have accessed government system. A few years ago they extradited hackers from romania, which is where lazar is from, but it was after the investigation he stole in excess of 2 million. In this case hes a nuisance hacker going into the personal account of an individual. A month ago we reported that there may be an intersection in the clinton investigation. If you wanteded to make a case that a thirdparty confiscated it, he may be the person to do that. But again, we cant verify his claims, but based on the story nbc put up last night after we broke the story, they also interviewed him. But it would have been over a month ago. Based on the quotes, his story is surprisingly consistent what he said he did. Part of the clinton camp, you read some of the response, they say it is unfathomable he gained access to her emails and not leaked them to other victims or done something to compromise her. Instead of just saying i looked it up, i didnt see a lot there and i went there twice. What do you say about that . Well, based on we had in excess of 40 minutes on tape with him, and he clearly was looking for information at the height of the attacking that would be very embarrassing to up individuals. So evidence of affairs, photographs and the like. When he describes accessing the clinton server, he said for him it was just not that interesting, it was sort of a lot of political stuff, a lot of stuff about the middle east, so my sense is he was looking for really salacious material and that was not there for him. What we saw was interesting, he probably thought was boring in the middle east. And he told you that apparently he would read her emails for six or seven hours and then go guaardeninggardenin. Did he say why he calls himself guccifer . He did not indicate that in the interview. Again, these guys you know, a big thing for them is the profile and the notoriety. As one of our experts said, you have to always view what they say with a healthy amount of skepticism. But what is tricking to me is now we know nbc did an interview with some weeks ago. What he told them and the kind of language he used is very consistent with what he also told fox news. Katherine, thank you, great work. Appreciate you getting up with us. Thank you, katherine. Regarding her last point, apparently he was interviewed by nbc before he was extradited from romania, which would have been, i believe, seven weeks ago. Are they trying to help somebody . If hes convicted of hacking into her email account, this does make the case that she was hacked by a third party, which could mean she is indicted as well. Governor kasich, the last man standing, the governor with this incredible resume and wealth of experience has decided this is not going to be for him, his time, winning ohio is not just good enough. Theres a 17minute action scene in this film shot in full imax worth the price of admission. I would pay 20 to watch that scene on a loop for three hours. Thats how great that action scene is. We can make that happen. They handle it all so well. Heres the cool thing, make sure you see it in imax. Also, there are two ending credit scenes when you watch the movie. As it ends n tin the middle thes a scene and at the end theres a scene. Its my Favorite Movie of 2016 so far. I sat down with chris evans who plays Captain America and theres a scene in the trailer where he and bucky barnes are passing back the shield fighting ironman. Heres how they did that, its so cool. During that time it was a lot of mining and really tricky to go back and watch playback. Maybe i threw too soon and he caught too late or you really have to make sure even in your mining of the exchange that the timing is still there. That was one of the trickiest scenes in the movie. Well, on a routine patrol, i stepped on an ied and lost my left leg and my left eye. So through that time and from 2010 to today, what have you done to literally get back on your feet . Well, im just trying to stay active. And ive done a lot of Adaptive Sports throughout my recovery. And im just trying to find ways to still kind of fit in and see what i can do with my disability. You are doing just a phenomenal job. What were you climbing and why . We had a fiveyear reunion to put together everybody from my unit because we had a tough deployment. The suicide rate right now is pretty high with guys returning, so the fiveyear reunion helped get everybody together and kind of meet up with the guys. And part of that reunion was to climb up First Sergeants hill, which is a hill that we used to run before we deployed. And its a milelong hill. And now they have a bunch of memorial crosses that represent the guys that didnt come back home. So part of that reunion was for the marines to get up there and kind of just pay their respects. Wow, so you did that. And as youre going up there, what happened to your prosthesis that had you crawling up on your hands . The strength was not there and the leg was just kind of dragging. And i couldnt really push off my left leg anymore. So i had to just take it off and just i felt like, you know, i can move faster with just one leg and my arms. You had your guys around you rooting you on, youre giving it all you can, what is going through your mind on the last leg to get to the top of the hill. Can you bring us back as we watch the video . Well, that last little stretch right there, i was able to see some of the crosses, like the tip of the crosses, and after i started seeing the crosses, i dont know, my body just it kind of went numb. And i was just so excited to get up there and just reach the hill. And seeing all the other guys, the rest of the marines up there kind of cheering me on, i dont know, i felt i felt motivation that i havent felt in a while. So just just seeing all the guys seeing the crosses and seeing how close i was to that cross, i had to i just wanted to rush the hill. Espionage is the removal of secret materials from a safe, secure place to a nonsafe, secure place, whether hacked or not. So the fbi does not have to prove she was hacked. If so, they can convict. This is the rare federal crime that the government can prove by gross negligence. Alcohol is often involved and we see a lot of trauma as a result of that. In fact, we are here today at st. Barnabas regional hospital. Im joined here by a doctor who sees several Car Accidents on a regular day. Good morning. What do i do if i come upon someone in a car accident . Im a bystander, i see a car go into another car, what do i do . First thing to do is call 911. And second thing is be aware of other dangers at the scene of the accident. You dont want other cars to crash into you, you dont want there to be falling wires or hanging tree limbs or Dangerous Things that could make a bad accident worse. What if im in the car . How do i know its something to worry about, if im the passenger or the driver . If youre the passenger or the driver, things that would upset me and make me be concerned if you have had loss of consciousness, if the air bags have deployed and hit you in the face or the chest. What if im bleeding . The most important thing is to apply pressure. Show me how. Ill show you how. Say the patient is bleeding from the head wound, take paper towels, gauze, newspapers, put on direct pressure. If you have something to wrap it with, a dish rag, a cloth, a scarf, take it and wrap it around the head like this. What if i think i have a broken bone, what do i do then . Like in the upper arm. Say he had a swollen arm here that was that we suspected to be broken. You could take a board say. Anything hard. Even a bunch of magazines would work. If you put them say on that area and you held it, then you can take another type of scarf or wrap, i mean, obviously im using the ace wrap because i have it here in the hospital. This is a great way to immobilize a broken arm. What if something is sticking out of me, glass, do i take it out . Like an impalement . Yeah. Take it out . No, never take it out. Normally leave good luck, sir. Thank you. You normally leave those type of injuries alone because many times the Emergency Responders will transport you to the hospital with that object still inside you. They may cut parts away. Now im in the emergency room what do i do . Im bleeding. Whats the first thing to do . We worry about the abcde and what well do is make sure theyre not bleeding. Rapid infusion. Rapid infusion. You can get fluid into the bones. Be careful that. You have a c. A. T. Scan and xray. Which help us rule out broken bones. C. A. T. Scan here. This gives us a good look see into your chest and abdomen. Back to you. What do you do for recovery after youve visited the hospital . Thats a great question. What if you what happens if you leave the hospital, especially if youre a child. They send you home from the e. R. , what do you do then . Then the parents have to be careful to keep an eye on certain changes, maybe youre getting nauseous, starting vomiting, that would indicate a head injury. Abdominal pain, or also not tolerating anything by mouth, these are signs and symptoms that would concern me. Maybe the child needs to get brought back. Great point there. Well, its kind of a funny story, but i first discovered i had uterine cancer, so they sent me to have a an xray. And they found out that i had a mass on my kidney. So if i hadnt had the first cancer, they might not have seen the second one until it could have been too late. So one was kind of a blessing. I guess. So cancer saved your life . Yes. In a way. In a way it actually did. Tell us about the kind of research that you are behind that is you know, its new, its innovative. The risk theyre running of Hillary Clinton appointing a truly radical Supreme Court, eliminating the second amendment, the right to bear arm, eliminating religious liberty, imposing further radical values on the country, i think thats that by itself just the issue of the Supreme Court should convince most rational people that never hillary is a lot more powerful slogan than never trump. Has he talked to you about it and if so, would you do about it . No, hes not talked to me about it. I think he has a wide range of choices to look at. And i think that there are a number of very qualified people that would be very effective as Vice President ial candidates. Okay. Yes . Starting the list. Who would you suggest . Well, i think you have to say Governor Scott walker for example whos already been through a tremendous fight about reform. He knows a lot about how that works. Governor martinez in new mexico is a very effective creative person. Yes, she is. Governor nikki haley. Governor fallon in oklahoma who i have affinity for because her middle name is newt. You know, so we used to kid each other about that. But there are also other folks who ran this time. You have to look i think at govern kasich because no republican has ever won without winning ohio. Senator rubio who i think was a very attractive candidate and came a long way down the road. You just named of the people on that list, three of them were women. So is that a not so subtle signal to donald trump that he should think about having a woman toward the top of the ticket . Well, he didnt need hints. Its obvious you look at it and youre trying to beat Hillary Clinton, you at least think about whether or not thats who you want. But, you know, the criteria is pretty straightforward. First, can the person be president , because you cannot fill this job with somebody who cant become president in case something does happen to the president. Second, do they agree with trump . I mean, its got to be somebody who can play on the same team and share his values or youre just you know, youll create a mess. Third, can they help you some politically, but i think its in that order. My hunch is frankly trump thinks he will win the election. I dont think hes relying on the Vice President ial nominee to be a major factor. But theres a thought hell do something unprecedented and roll out the gist of the cabinet before cleveland. Rudy giuliani as Homeland Security, to the attorney general being governor christie and who knows who else would turn up. What do you think about the chances and that move . I think in some ways if he can assemble the right people, it could be an exciting decision. I know he wants to pick some business people. He wants to break the mold in washington. The two people you mentioned would be fabulous, giuliani was a great mayor who turned new york around and was the base of the last 20 years of success. At the same time, i think Chris Christie would be a tremendous attorney general. And so those are great examples of people who would make a real difference. All right. Let me talk about Elizabeth Warren and Hillary Clinton, theyre calling trump a racist. Trump has built his campaign on racism and xenophobia and Hillary Clinton responds with this i think that Elizabeth Warren is pretty smart. Anybody whos listened to him and how hes talked certainly can draw that conclusion. Do you think hes a racist . Im going to let people judge for themselves. But i have the highest regard for senator warren. Is she calling him a racist . Look, the fact is, liberal democrats have failed. They have failed in southside chicago where people are getting shot every day. They have failed in School Districts like detroit where 91 of the kids cant graduate. They cant read. Isis fighters launched a surprise attack on a Christian Village in northern iraq. A small group of special forces were training Peshmerga Forces and were pinned down. But i am concerned again that ultimately we build the supply and demand and a couple of years changes and then we could be faced with some other problems. The biggest concern, we learned from the crisis, that people had no rainy day money at all. They had their house payment, their car payment, their lifestyle, just on the edge. And so when things got bad, they had nothing left of any money. Im concerned because people who lost so much and god knows we covered this, and want to own so bad again that if they could fit in that niche again of being able to afford a mortgage they will do it without any type of money sort of a fall back on. I dont think it will ever be as bad as it was because lenders are getting theyre tougher, which we want them to be. We want to make sure that people who are going to go for a home loan that they can qualify and they have the money to do it. But im concerned again if we get excessive that there could be somewhat of a bubble in a few years.
