Your sleeping in d. C. Bill this town is sleepy. The reverse is true here in washington. I am shannon bream. Here is President Trump speaking out about the deadly charlottesville attack. Racism is evil. And those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thug thugs. Including the kkk, neonazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as americans. Those who spread violence in the name of bigotry strike at the very core of america. In times such as these, america has always shown its true character. Responding to hate with love, division with unity, and violence with an unwavering resolve for justice. Bill that is from yesterday. David lee miller outside trump towers in manhattan. We are hearing more ceos resigning from the economic council. What is happening on that . That is right, bill. In total three ceos have resigned. Two of the three resigned after the remarks you just heard from President Trump. The latest two steps down from the council, the ceo of intel. He called on leadership to condemn white supremacists. In a statement he said i resigned to make progress while many in washington seem more concerned with anybody who disagree with them. The ceo stepped down yesterday, the ceo of under armour, he also said he is stepping down because of recent events. He said his company is about innovation in sports, not politics, and he talked of his desire to promote unity, and inclusion. It was a first ceo to step down the start of this controversy, the ceo of merck pharmaceutical, kenneth fraizer. He, by the way, is the only africanamerican on that counse counsel. You may recall three other ceos during the past few months have also stepped down for a variety of other reasons ranging from immigration and climate change. Bill those are massive sanitation trucks behind you for security, what is the mood at trump tower there . Indeed, bill. Having the story lavish trump tower, a dozen sanitation trucks filled with sand acting as a security perimeter. Fifth avenue is open to traffic, but you can see under my shoulder there are security and nearby streets. Right now the situation is relatively calm, there are no protesters, but last night it was a very different situation. Take a look at what was reported last night when the president returned to trump tower. There were thousands on the street to demonstrate against him, they held up signs that say no trump, no kkk. A number of supporters of the president exchanged words, but there was no violence. Bill thank you, david lee, leading the coverage. Shannon. James fields is accused of ramming his car into a crowd of people killing one and injuring 19 others at least. It was previously accused of threatening his mother with a knife. Meanwhile the aclu is taking a hard stance against the police who now say they have some regrets about the events over the weekend. I certainly have regrets. We lost three lives this weekend, a love citizen and two fellow officers. We certainly have regrets, it is a tragic weekend. Shannon allison is live in charlottesville tracking the information. Good morning, allison. Good morning. A significant amount of criticism in charlottesville for the city officials and police, the violence this weekend began long before james fields junior drove a car down this road intentionally hitting two other cars in a group of people who witnesses described as antiwhite nationalists, counter protesters. Many are asking why police didnt step in at the first sign of violence. That Charlottesville Police chief is denying that the officers receive any orders to stand down. Did they issue Law Enforcement not to make an arrest . No, like to know who that officers who made those remarks, that is simply not true. A judge denied bail for james fields jr. He is charged with seconddegree murder and could face federal charges. They have launched their own civil rights investigation into this incident. Yesterday attorney general Jeff Sessions said the car attack meets the definition of domestic terrorism. Shannon. Shannon what more do we know about the suspect, james fields, an allegation he may have had a violent past . Hes 20 years old from ohio, he was working as a Security Guard there. In a statement of the company that employed him told fox news at the time of the incident, he was on previously requested vacation leave, his employment has been terminated. He worked there the past few months until monday. He was photographed marching with white supremacist groups before the car attack here on fourth street. Now reports are surfacing that fields mother called the police on her teenage son at least twice to say he was threatening or violent toward her. In 2010 his mother called 911 locked in a bathroom saying her son had hit her in the head, covered her mouth because she told him to stop playing video games. Shannon ellison barber live in charlottesville, thank you. Bill here with more, i want to bring in a contributing editor with national review. The police knew the date and the time the event would take place. You can argue the Police Response as part of this debate as well. You may not like the message, but the constitution enables it to be so. Three cheers for the aclu for defending free speech at the moment it most matters, when its guaranteed to make you unpopular. What do you think of that . I think thats true. Even hateful speech, that is why you have free speech, that is what you have a First Amendment is for the unpopular opinion, it is what you have to defend. Im not defending what is said or their beliefs, but they have a right to say it like anybody has a right to denounce it and say what they said was inappropriate and wrong, they should have different beliefs. Thats american, that is the right thing. Bill the story was centered around Donald Trumps response, what did he say, what did he not say, on and on and on, that debate went. It appears the debate is moving forward on a National Level in a much different way. There have been monuments and statutes remove four months and now that have gotten very little attention, and already now other cities announcing the removal of statues this week. Baltimore, maryland, is one of them, jacksonville, florida, is another, lexington, kentucky, charleston, west virginia. Thats just a couple here now. Where does this debate go when you consider Jeff Sessions was just asked about this on sunday morning when he said this. My recommendation as attorney general of the United States is that the cities and counties and states have a right to decide their monuments, and that nobody should use violence to stop them either way. And we do not advocate them to take it down . Its up to them to decide. Bill it is up to them to decide. Where are you on this . This is an Ongoing Movement to destroy or somehow suppress the monuments of history. On the one hand you can understand why somebody would be offended, but on the other hand it is part of american history, and if you start getting rid of these statutes, at what point do you stop trying to erase people who might hold or might have held views that are not considered now considered offensive . You start washing out everybody in history. On one hand is easy to be offended and it makes sense, you get why somebody may not want a Robert E Lee Statue after high school or something, on the other hand it is a perilous roa road. It is clearly a movement picking up steam that has been emboldened by this weekend on the flip side they see this as imperative, and i think it doesnt stop, it continues from state to state. Bill it may not be sufficient for others, but robert e lee has a house across the potomac in washington, d. C. You can take it to the ants degree of the point. Thomas jefferson was a slave owner, will remove him from the university of virginia campus, which if you have been to charlottesville, he is all over the place. He had views that we consider repugnant, but at the same time he is a complex man like a lot of these people, and he had some great views, he had some repugnant ones. Completely white wash is a dangerous place and i think learning about history is perhaps more important than trying to rid ourselves from it. Bill complex issue too. Daniel halper, thank you. Shannon as we have been discussing, President Trump taking heat from his critics despite calling out white hate groups by name. Newt gingrich says that reaction shouldnt surprise anyone as it comes from the left. He said every single thing that his critics on the left want. There is an antitrump movement in this country that will never, ever be satisfied as long as hes president. Shannon former House Speaker say they will criticize a president no matter what he says. Is he right . Our Political Panel will weigh in. Bill there is breaking news from the hermit kingdom. Kim jong own backing off threats to bomb guam this morning. Could they be responsible for that move or is north korea getting cold feet . John bolton on all of that next. Shannon the controversial Iran Nuclear Deal could be in jeopardy. As tehran issued a warning to the u. S. John bolton will be here to talk about both of those big foreign stories. Choose from the is turbo, es 350 or nx turbo for 299 a month for 36 months if you lease now. Experience amazing at your lexus dealer. Shannon a plot to blow up a bank thwarted by the u. S. Government. 23yearold will be making his first appearance in court after the fbi foiled his alleged plot to detonate a massive bomb near a bank in Oklahoma City. This was a large bomb, a 1,000pound bomb. If you want to compare in size, the Oklahoma City bombing was 6,000 pounds. Shannon arrested and charged after allegedly trying to carry out the attack and a monthlong sting operation in which an undercover agent met with him facetoface. Authorities learned of him from an informant that claimed the suspect was angry with the u. S. Government. It doesnt appear to be any indication that based on what we are hearing that there will be any missiles attacking in the near future or in the distant future. Bill officials in guam saying there is no sign of an imminent missile strike by north korea. As we get new pictures of kim jong un reviewing the plans of the threatened attacks. State media say will be idle for now. Ambassador john bolton, Fox News Contributor with me in washington, good day to see yo. What is changing . They paid attention to what the chinese said indirectly a few days ago that if the United States retaliated against a north korea attacked, they would stand back. In other words, north korea, if you go after guam and the u. S. Comes after you, you are on your own. I think that had a big impact. Bill interesting. Exactly, youre on your own, we dont have your back. James mattis last night said the following talking about being provoked if north korea fighters first. Lets listen to this. If they fire at the United States, it is escalating to war very quickly, yes, that is called war if they do that. If they do that, it is game on. Bill that is the headline, it was pretty obvious. It is a completely correct statement and utterly unremarkable. After eight years of barack obama does somebody take notice when the United States says if we are attacked, we will retaliate. Bill you have strong words for james mattis and Rex Tillerson as well. They did an oped piece in the wall street journal yesterday about three pages long, you took to twitter and said the following. If the oped this morning the wall street journal is the Administration Policy and north korea, then the game is over. North korea will be a fullfledged Nuclear Weapon state in very short order, iran will follow. We should not continue 25 years of failed policies under a different slogan, leave that to president Hillary Clinton. A chance to explain . I am appalled at this oped. I dont think it represents where President Trump is. Ironically susan rice wrote and said on talk shows this past weekend that 25 years of policy including hers and obamas was a failure and we should accept a nuclear north korea. They say we will take those failed policies and keep pursuing them. I think the legacy of the Trump Administration, if thats right, is a nuclear north korea. Bill one of the points they made is we will negotiate with you. You are not or that at all. Freddie clay, a great scholar and federal official once said north korea is capable of boundless action. Time is an asset for the proliferator. I think they say bring it on, more time to increase the size and scope of their Ballistic Missile and nuclear capabilities. Bill there is also a story out of iran quickly. The sentient bill passed on russia. North korea, and iran. The president of iran is threatening to pull out of the nuclear deal. Within hours if these sanctions are imposed. Make my day. This deal is not in the interest of the United States, the trump of administration should have pulled out after day one when he was inaugurated. I am hoping he will announce u. S. Withdrawal soon. This is not in americas strategic interest, and lets be clear, there is an axis of evil on deliverable Nuclear Weapons, this is not a george w. Bush message. It is absolutely not the case, the iea e is more restricted now on what it is doing in iran because of this deal and of iran. The iranians have consistently refused to allow the iaea where the real work is going on, and that is a complete rejection of the obamakerry ideals of inspection anywhere any time. It could be some program is under a mountain in north korea beside that. Bill we will see if he goes through with this threat. Thank you, john bolton in washington, d. C. Shannon, what is next . Shannon issuing new call to target american commuters. Heather how they are laying out stepbystep guidelines. Rob oneill talks about the latest threat. Plus, it fired google employee speaking out. He says he was never told why the tech company let him go. People shame you if you say anything that is not politically correct, but i never realized they could get so far that they would actually fire me for trying to actually improve google. Bill President Trump telling fox news he is seriously considering a pardon for the former sheriff. He is a leading opponent of illegal immigration and was found guilty two weeks ago of criminal contempt. He was defying a state judges order to hold a traffic stop targeting suspected undocumented immigrants. President trump said the pardon could have been in the next few days. We will watch and see how that develops. Shannon chief bomb maker attacks in the u. S. And europe asking followers to target trains, commuter rails, and other forms of Public Transportation. A new addition of the propaganda magazine lays out details and stepbystep instructions on how to make homemade bombs to attack train compartments and cause derailment. Joining me now Fox News Contributor and former Navy Seal Robert oneill and author of the new book the operator firing the shots that killed usama bin laden and my years as a seal team warrior. It is a good book, i hope. Im getting good feedback all over the place. Even my moms liberal friends back home love it who are her age. They like the book because its not about killing usama bin laden, it is a story about you can do anything you want as long as you work hard. Shannon we also have a very disturbing message from al qaeda. You and i were talking during the break they dont mind being under the radar with isis getting all the attention. They are metastasizing everywhere in the publication of this magazine. They are not calming down at all. They are not calming down and they do not mind isis. They actually formed an islamic state, which is the first major group of this group of islam. Isis have taken the headlines, they dont attack turkey, al qaeda does because it is a way to get into europe. Same ideology, they still hate us. They are not upset with isis or the tele band like north korea, they are not unhappy because they are playing a longterm game. Al qaeda hit the World Trade Center in 1993, they waited until 2003, they said they would come back and we really didnt take them as serious as we could have come and we have to maintain vigilance now because they are realizing with a lot of the Public Transportation, hundreds of thousands of miles of railroad, they can rail a train and people wont want to go on trains anymore, that will affect the economy. They start to hit buses in new york city. Yes, we will need to step up security and have professionals and security, but people have to be vigilant and Pay Attention to who the actual threat wants to kill you. Its scary, but it has been there, and so far we are doing a good job, but we only have to be wrong once. Shannon and they only have to be right ones. The nypd says we know about this threat, we are prepared for the thread, this is not a surprise to us. This is a targeting of Public Transportation buses and trains. They talk about how there are so many vulnerabilities because you cannot protect thousands and thousands of miles of bus routes. They see vulnerabilities, not all of the economic interest you talk about, but really undermine Public Security so people are fearful, and that is the whole idea. The security and Public Transportation. They lay out different ways of who they want to do what. We cannot put armed guards at every part but we have technology out there in the private sector and Radar Technology that i will not get into. There is a company that watches Training Camps in somalia. They can guard everything from Nuclear Sites to sporting events to railroad tracks. And new york is great, the cops here, they are ready for it. One of the few places that havent forgotten. The problem is people keep forgetting, but in new york they never forget. Maybe like San Francisco where they think they dont really hate us, they just hate the right wing. There is the trolley, a lot of people, so vigilance of not a political threat but actual threat of people who want to kill you because they dont like us. We were talking about how in this article when it was written when president obama was there, multiculturalism and how we support the community in the hate that because that is not how we work. I hope this can be something especially in light of recent events that we do disagree as a country but we should be United States. Shannon the attacker laid out on us goes across the political spectrum. They hate everything freedom and democracy represents. That is something we have in common, they hate us all. Shannon good to see you. Bill. Bill shannon, thank you. President trump speaking out about a brandnew report saying the Obama Administration was warned three years ago about russias attempt to intercept the election and did nothing about it. Plus, new calls for the president to fire chief strategist steve bannon. How real are those calls, could he be the next to go . The president also speaking out against hate groups after the violence in charlottesville, virginia. Why its still not enough for some of his critics. Where does it stop . And i think this whole effort on the left, they will have a run right now that is emotional, destructive, and wrong. It is antiamerican, antiamerican history. For your heart. Your joints. Or your digestion. So why wouldnt you take something for the most important part of you. Your brain. With an ingredient originally found in jellyfish, prevagen is now the number one selling brain Health Supplement in drug stores nationwide. Prevagen. The name to remember. Racism is evil, and those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs. Including the kkk, neonazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as americans. Shannon President Trump doubling down against hate groups as critics continue to blast him over his response to the violence in virginia over the weekend. The president later tweeting, made additional remarks in charlottesville and realize once again the Fake News Media will never be satisfied. Truly bad people. Joining me now, good people, rich lowry and juan williams, fox news political analysis to and host of the five. How does this sit with you now . The second much more detail, does it clube a loop for you . No. I think it was a good statement he made yesterday, but yesterday was monday, the events took place on saturday, shannon. That is when there was a real absence of authority from the oval office. The idea the president of the United States would speak on it and make a false equivalence to say many sides are to blame here rather than call out the White Supremacist Movement seems to be a major failure. That is why you see it is not only Fake News Media but republicans, strong republicans, people you would not say are over there kind of modern, im talking orrin hatch, carl wright who say lets just say white racism is a problem here and we will not tolerate it. Shannon was it a missed opportunity . It is good to know there was violence on all sides. We think we know who started it, we would agree there are a lot of bad people involved. Right. This statement was too late, he should have been more specific at the beginning, ran an editorial to say he denounced white supremacist, and he did it yesterday. At a certain level you have to take yes as an answer. Also, this issue of both sides, there was violence on both sides. That does not make the neonazis any better or any less evil, but there is a movement on the left that is a violent and hateful in its own right, and people of goodwill on both sides should denounce violence in all forms. Shannon i want to play a bit of what Newt Gingrich had to say about if the president will ever get any credit on this topic or anything else. He said every single thing that his critics on the left want, so now you have crowds saying he didnt say you soon enough. I just want to suggest to you, there is an antitrump movement in this country that will never, ever be satisfied as long as hes president , and at some point we have to understand his concern about violence on the left israel. Shannon do you think that is fair . There are some people who this president will never win them over, they will always be critics. Oh, of course. The reality is a lot of critics are out there. Newt gingrich is right, some people wont be satisfied. That is not a response to what happened on saturday, that is almost a distraction from the fact the president had a hiccup, some might say a moral failure, i dont know how you want to judge it, but something went wrong there. You cannot distract from the fact he has many critics. Shannon rich, this kind of highlights the fact as well this white house cant make any mistakes because misstep, mistake, whatever you want to call anything they choose to do, there are those who are ready to pounce. And be critical even when the intentions are good. Some supporters of the president will conclude from the absolutely true fact that there is, there are antitrump people out there who will never be satisfied and will criticize everything they do and conclude the president shouldnt even try. But he shouldnt give them more fodder. It would have been better for him and the country and for everyone if he had been much stronger on saturday and much better to go when you make a mistake to correct it. There are reports that trump was resistant to admitting explicitly by going out yesterday, but better he did it. Be the best president you can, realize it will never satisfy everyone. Shannon juan, where do we go from here . What could this president and this administration do to have an honest conversation about these issues to bring about repealing . He says we are better as americans when we are united across race, religion, everything else, but what more would you like to see from him . This is a very difficult issue for the president because if if you recall he is attached to the birther movement. There is a backdrop of the muslims are all bad. It becomes a snowball, it gets bigger. How do you achieve healing you are talking about . For this president it is about talking to his fellow republicans and the people who supported him and saying very clearly you know what, you love our country, we are patriots, we have a strong conservative position but we are not hateful people and we will not welcome hateful people into our range. We have seen that from the president and other republicans. I look back to george w. Bush and people who said you know what, i think it was bob dole at the convention in 96 who said if you are a hateful person, the exit is right there. Shannon to be fair he has differentiated on these issues specifically referring to certain mexicans or muslims. That gets lost in translation when people hear the bigger headline, they consider you are a bigot or a hateful person even if you have some clarifications. At its best the trumpstyle nationalism should be unified. He is strongest when he talks about we all love the same flag and love the same country and are unified on that, he should put much more emphasis on that theme. Just give an entire speech devoted to that theme. Shannon we will see if he is listening and takes your advice, gentlemen. Juan williams, rich lowry, great to see you both. Bill thank you, shannon. Pushing back against the trump team in the fight over sanctuary cities, the state filing a lawsuit together with the city of San Francisco. State attorney generals saying the president s vow to end funding for cities is bullying and would violate the rights of california residents. It is hard to believe that now the federal government would try to jeopardize those crimefighting funds simply because it wishes to pressure local governments to do their bidding on federal immigration law. Bill now they challenge new conditions giving federal officials access to local jails to question suspected illegal immigrants. Shannon. Shannon another big story we are watching this morning, the fight for Jeff Sessions seat in alabama unfolds today. Since i Jeff Sessions seat in february i have done everything to the for the president s agenda, that is what the people of alabama want to see. Shannon senator Luther Strange getting support, but some conservatives say hes actually too much a part of the swamp, so what will the election tell us . Firefighters say there was an error with a Fire Suppression system that set off all the foam. They quickly found the people who are trapped. Local Media Outlets say two people were hospitalized after inhaling the substance, but they are expected to be okay. Trumps endorsement will be important because i want his agenda passed and i could not be more honored he has given me his endorsement and full support. Bill that is a Luther Strange. All eyes in alabama today as voters head to the poll for special primary. The seed for attorney general Jeff Sessions up for grabs. A Senate Majority leader Mitch Mcconnell has endorsed Luther Strange. My guest now, former staff member, steven law. What does this mean right now not knowing the outcome . Obviously the election result will tell us a lot. Right now we are just guessing, obviously. But it will be a major test of the power of Donald Trumps endorsement. He came in somewhat late, endorsed Luther Strange at a point where Luther Strange was well behind roy moore. We think Luther Strange may be pulled even with roy moore and will be in a runoff with him as a result of the president s endorsement. Bill right now it is a tight race, right . And if you dont get to 50 , there will be a runoff in september. That is correct. Bill does Mitch Mcconnell help Luther Strange in alabama . His group is helping Luther Strange a great deal. We have been talking about mo brooks. In the last week we have talked about Luther Strange and Donald Trumps endorsement of him because we hope that helps push him across. Bill which is my next question, how much of endorsement does donald trump do for Luther Strange . If alabama voters know about them, and i think they will know about him, i think its a huge impact. Donald trump is very popular in the south, and alabama in our last poll, donald trump had 80 Approval Rating among primary voters, though i would say he packs a big wall up in that state. Bill heres where things get very confusing, maybe politically as well, the president tweeted this a bit earlier today. Big day in alabama, vote for Luther Strange, he will be great. Meanwhile, political ad for mo brooks that runs the following way. They fight to keep the 60 rule that kills your agenda. I sure dont. Together we can be strong. Bill that is the guy driving around the state in a bus that says drain the swamp express. That is a trump message. Mo brooks is in a tough spot because last year he was strongly antitrump, strongly antitrump and part of this campaign as well, and that is a really tough problem that mo brooks has. The only thing he can do is go after the senator mcconnell. We think that is not a message that will resonate with alabama voters. They will be interested in who their president supports and the fact Luther Strange is on the president s side. Bill mark levine tweeted the following. Mo brooks supporters and alabama turn out in large numbers. Luther strange. How are Republican Voters expected to understand this . I think voters sorted out, they do in every election, and they look at the most Critical Issues that matter to them. If they care about their president , who he supports and who supports him, and that is Luther Strange. Mo brooks and his allies have supported on Mitch Mcconnell. We think it is the fact they have a beltway mentality that is not going to resonate with alabama voters and what they care about. Bill roy moore made a lot of headlines on the Ten Commandments and that is something they rallied around. Does he have much hope winning today . He will almost certainly be in the runoff if Luther Strange doesnt get to 50 . We think it will probably be a runoff. He is not currently the chief justice, he lost his job twice, but he does have a base of support that is significant in the state and we think he has hit a ceiling. His numbers have hardly changed at all over the last few weeks, we think that reflects the fact all the vote share he has gotten us what he is going to get and he will not be able to build enough. If he is running against Luther Strange in a runoff, we will be successful. Bill give me a sense of how folks in alabama who were on board the trump train early when you think about Jeff Sessions, the overwhelming primary victory that president won in alabama early on during the campaign, are they still with him, and if so, by how much . They are very much with him. We poll80 a lot in this campaign and theyre sticking by his man. They dont like everything he does, they were little bit nervous about the fight he had for a little bit with his attorney general, the beloved Jeff Sessions who is also admired a great deal in the state. They like the fact Luther Strange was consistently with him all throughout, and they dont like the fact that mo brooks was a fair weather frien friend. Mostly an enemy that has only recently tried to align himself. Bill 90 before with him, what are they now with him . Between 8590 are supportive of him among republican primary voters. We didnt test the whole state, but they are standing with trump. Bill we shall see the voting in alabama. Steven law, great to see you in person. Shannon, whats next . Shannon tagger was arrested and charged with dui back in may. We are learning now about what was in his system when he got behind the wheel. That report is next. Plus, taylor swift winning her countersuit against a radio host who who is accused of groping her years ago. Why the pop star says this is about much more than just her. Somebody we all know has now stepped up and said this is where the line is. It gives courage and inspiration to all people, not just women, but all people. Felite replace. I am totally blind. And non24 can throw my days and nights out of sync, keeping me from the things i love to do. Talk to your doctor, and call 8442142424. Bill five different drugs, that is what was reported in tiger woods system when he was arrested for driving under the influence in may. Among the substances, painkillers, thc. It is not clear if he was prescribed all of the drugs. But we do know he completed treatment at a clinic shortly after the incident, he made a statement and believes he right now is on target, on the mend for his back issue that has been quite a issue for several years. Shannon a jury ruling in favor of pop star taylor swift and her countersuit against former radio host david mueller. Swift accused mueller of groping her at a meet and greet in 2013. Live in denver with details. Good morning, alecia. Wasnt taylor swift the defendant in this case . Yes, she was a defendant in this case, and there is a chance we never would have heard about this incident if it wasnt for david mueller, the former denver radio host who decided to sue swift because he was fired. Now heres a photo of that moment when swift says mueller reached under her skirt and grabbed her bottom. A meet and greet before a concert in 2013. She countersued mueller accusing him of Sexual Assault and battery. In a statement sent by her publicist before the verdict, swift said i knowledge the benefit i have in my life and to society to shoulder the normans cost of defending myself in a trial like this. My hope is to help those whose voices who should also be heard. Mueller said he never groped the singer and would never put his dream job in jeopardy. In a civil case he brought against swift, he originally asked for 3 million. Swift and her mother, andrea, were embracing at the time of the verdict. Shannon. Shannon what she asked for as a judgment is very symbolic here. Yes, very symbolic. 1, and the jury awarded it. Swifts attorney commended his client after the verdict saying what the dollar signifies. That dollar is a single dollar and immeasurable value. In this ever going fight to figure out where the lines are and whats right and whats wrong. Welcome to a brandnew hour of americas newsroom here in new york. Im shannon bream. Good morning britt and bill hemmer live in washington today. A new report coming now as washington Officials Say obama was too quick to dismiss the possibility that Vladimir Putin could interfere with the u. S. President ial election. Shannon President Trump spotting a tweet this morning saying quote of reporting to a a quote just out, obama knew about russian interference three years ago but he didnt want to anger russia. Bill for more on this, intelligence news correspondent Catherine Herridge live in washington now. Good morning. Fox news is working to independently confirm the timeline laid out in the reporting by politico. The central allegation is that the Obama Administration was so determined to reset its relationships with rosaura, remove are the 29 photo op, but then secretary of state clinton and her russian counterparts in the makeshift reset button you see there. The president seemed downplayed or resisted warnings by the Intelligence Community that moscow was working to undermine democratic elections. Republican chairman of the House Intelligence Committee and outspoken critic of the Obama White House has consistently faulted multiple administrations on the russia is issue as well as the white house for failing to understand the threat posed by the goals of the former communist country. Weve known that russia is a very sophisticated bad actor in the cyber realm. Many members of congress, not just members of the House Intelligence Committee have been warning the Obama Administration about russias continued Cyber Attacks on this country. He did nothing. Political reports it began as early as 2014 but its not clear from a reporting widely circulated the intelligence and buzz and how high up those 2014 warnings went. Bill interesting twist here. What has been the response . The security form in colorado last month, the former cia director john brennan who wouldve had access to the type of information really pushed back the cart on the notion that they had failed to act. People have criticized us and the Obama Administration for not coming out more forcefully and saying it. Should president obama beat his chest and say the russians are trying to get President Trump elected . I dont think that wouldve been gone over well because he is that of the party. He also said the congressional committees are working to really understand who the russians might have been working with inside the United States during this campaign, and he also said with the russians did in 2016 was so unprecedented in terms of scope that it was quote not the playbook that they had seen before. Bill thank you. Catherine herridge here in d. C. Shannon more on this now with guy benson, Political Editor for townhall. Com, coauthor of end of discussion and a Fox News Contributor. As far back as 2014, the warnings were being sounded. We have defense from a number of people connected to the Obama Administration. Former spokesperson for the National Security council said we are nothing but proactive. Encountering these reports. If they were nothing but proactive, they failed badly based on what happen. So i think that this new political story is a significant one because it reinforces the sense among Many Americans especially conservatives that the Obama Administration and the democrats who they didnt want to ruffle the feathers of russia and really didnt view russia as much of a problem until they were seeking a scapegoat to explain away and election loss in a contest that they thought everything was going to be a layup for them. Then hillary quit and went down, donald trump won, and all of a sudden, they are casting about saying lets go with russia, look at this interference. I think the interference is very problematic in some and that every american should be concerned about. But if the obama team knew about these efforts as far back as 2014 and sort of soft peddled it or pushed it off to the side, this happen on their watch. Shannon what you make of this suggestion that the whole thing they were worried about taking off putin, that they were worried about inciting him . That make sense. If you book go back in the timeline of just president obama, he had first the reset button with Hillary Clinton with that stupid gimmick that didnt work out very well. They were trying to cling to this notion that they could repair things with russia move forward together. Then you have the 2012 president ial Campaign Debate where obama mocked mitt romney for raising concerns about Vladimir Putin in russia. He said the 80s called. Everyone said what a moron he is, now theyre like he was right. Because the ball game has changed and i think a really crucial part of this that people need to think about is the Iran Nuclear Deal. Obama was absolutely fixated on that iran deal. It was his legacy building project for his second term on Foreign Policy. He was willing to do virtually anything to get it done, and he did the russians on site for that. So if theres some subterfuge and put warfare going on, may be well just let it slide because making sure iran has nuclear program. Its a real indictment of the totally disastrous obama Foreign Policy. Shannon up the neck apparently now theyre threatening not to comply with the deal. Theres a shock. Shannon want to talk to you about another hot topic this morning. Steve ben, weve heard any rumors many times that he is on the outs. He still there. Theyre growing now and House Minority leader nancy pelosi saying the president was a send a clear message about the fact that he completely dissociates from anything related to whites premises, he needs to get rid of it. Steve bannon said im not a white nationalist. The nationalist. People continue to raise suspicions. Here is what Anthony Scaramucci had to say about how he felt about him on latenight television. I said he was. Obviously i got caught on tape saying he was so i have no problem saying that. Thats up to the president. What he think . If it was up to me, he would be gone. But its not up to me. Shannon what do you think . There are few indicators, and we talked about this on a specialist last night. That abandoned might be on his last legs at this white house. Many of anthony lee back when you have h. R. Mcmaster being pressed over and over again on meet the press about can you work with steve bannon and he very clearly didnt want to answer it and kept pushing the question. Shannon three times. That indicate that theres a bunch of writing on the wall. That being said, People Like Us were sitting around saying theres no way Jeff Sessions can hang on as attorney general just a couple of weeks ago because scaramucci was knocking him and Kellyanne Conway wasnt fully defending him and that sort of thing. The new cycle moves so fast, we could get caught up and drift off somewhere else in the next couple of days and this whole story blows over. Thats also a legitimate possibility. Shannon this is not your typical august because nothing seems to slow down with his administration. For at least four years, will be very busy. Good to see you guys. Bill tomorrow, two growing International Crises also pit facing the president. A fresh saber rattling from iran as a standoff with north korea deepens. We are now hearing kim jongun will hold off on ordering a test of fire missiles toward guam. Iran meanwhile is issuing new threats of its own. The president saying iran will quit the nuclear deal within hours he says if the u. S. Imposes more sanctions against tehran. But not everyone thinks that would be a bad idea. John bolton last hour. This deal is not the best interest of the United States. The Trump Administration shouldve pulled out of it on day one after he was inaugurated. I think thats where the president is. Im hoping that he will announce u. S. Withdrawal soon. Bill picks up the coverage now live in the state department, the trump team also has a warning from iran or for iran. Thats right, the trump team has said in the president is saying that he believes iran is in violation of the spirit of the Iran Nuclear Agreement. However, the administration has twice now continue to certify that iran is in compliance with a major component of that agreement and continues waving sanctions in relation to that deal. The argument right now between the administration and iran for the most part is happening outside of the Iran Nuclear Agreement but now both sides are trying to tie the agreement into that. With a series of increased sanctions against iranians, the United States is punishing iran for Ballistic Missiles testing, human rights abuses, and supporting extremist groups in the region. Iran is now saying that these sanctions violate the Nuclear Agreement as well and warning that any more sections will force iran to pull out of the deal. Trump administration is conducting review of the entire u. S. Policy towards iran and must decide by october weather to certify for a third time everyone is compliant with the major component of Nuclear Agreement. If bill weve been waiting for him to make the next move. Kim jongun says the next move is up to President Trump read what you have on that . A statement out of north korea that the Korean Peoples Army presented to kim jongun a plan to envelop guam and missile fire and that kim jongun has decided to hold off. The statement says that kim jongun will now watch the foolish and stupid yankees conduct list and stupid conduct of the yankees. North korea wants the u. S. To spend itself conducting military exercises with south korea. The u. S. Wants north korea to halt its Nuclear Ballistic programs. Rex tillerson and james mattis has stressed that they prefer diplomacy and the some of the secretary of defense stressed yesterday that if north korea fired at the United States, that could escalate into a war very quickly. If that happens, its game on. Bill see you later today. Shannon of course, another big story we are following this morning, President Trump making it clear less today that his and administration go after anyone and anyone engaging in criminal activity at the charlottesville valley. To anyone who acted criminally in this weekends racist violence, you will be held fully accountable. Justice will be delivered. Shannon there is no a federal investigation into the driver involved in that deadly car attack. At the former Justice Department official joins us live to explain exactly how that will work. Plus, this. All history is complicated. Its difficult at times, but it does mean you eradicated make it better. You actually have to continue to improve as a society and tearing things down in my view is not the way to build a new future. Bill those comments earlier today, Laura Ingraham as protesters take down a confederate statue last night in durham, North Carolina. A renewed push to remove monuments across the south. Where do these actions go next and where it is a National Debate go next . Our panel takes on a complicated topic. Shannon plus standing by a secretary of state Rex Tillerson gets ready to take that podium later this hour. We will bring you that the moment it gets underway. Its the department of justice has opened a civil rights investigation into the deadly car attack that killed one innocent american. To anyone who acted criminally in this weekends racist violence, you will be held fully accountable. Shannon President Trump announcing the federal investigation into the driver involved in a deadly charlottesville attack james field. We are learning more about him and his violent past today. The former Deputy Assistant attorney general joins is now live. Good to see you. Lets pick this down so people understand. There are state charges pending, Second Degree murder, other things. Bill has been denied. He sits behind bars on those. At the same time, federal investigation has been lost. How does this work . The state charge concerns seconddegree murder and we understand it. With the federal government, the Justice Department is going to be looking at is whether the federal civil rights laws were violated here. If it turns out that this attack was motivated by racial hatred, that could potentially make him criminally liable under federal law as well as under virginia law. Shannon how would the penalties differ . I know statebystate, theyre different but what kind of punishment or judgment could the feds bring on him in addition to whatever he may face at the state level . Federal law provides very serious penalties for violating civil rights annual calder attorney general not too long ago emphasized the importance of prosecutors seeking the most strict sentence available. Virginia laws also serious. They have the death penalty. The thing at the end of the day, the prosecutorial decision may not be driven so much by what penalties are available as opposed to what laws were violated here. Shannon how important do you it was of the attorney general came back so forcefully about what happened . I think it was critically important. I am hurt to see the attorney general sending a very strong signal that this was an active evil that will not be tolerated that has no place in american society. I think were going to have a robust federal investigation to figure out what went on, what motivated this act of evil and also whether or not he acted in tandem, whether there was a conspiracy or whether this was an individual spontaneous act of violence. Shannon there were many on the left who are wary about not only this president but the attorney general talking about the long record of the Civil Rights Division of the doj and wondering that it would be watered down or that it would be taken seriously and onto this particular administration, but this seems like the perfect example for them to show exactly how they are going to handle these kinds of cases. I think this is a great opportunity for attorney general Jeff Sessions to revive a lot of these charges that it can hold on him not to enforce civil rights laws, that he doesnt take two things seriously. This is a situation where the eyes of america are going to be on this investigation to see and ensure that it is carried out in a strong impartial manner. Shannon any idea what to look at with regard to this young man . Were hearing more about his past, one report his mother had called 911 before worried about him being violent, potentially towards her in the past. But we are also hearing already investigations that are more media related, people talking to former teachers and those kinds of things. Were the doj go looking into his motivation . I think with the doj will do is try to find people who have contact with him in the days leading up to this attack. To figure out whether this was something that was premeditated days in advance, whether he had help or got guidance from other people. I think thats where you begin. You can look at his electronic records, his cell phone and emails, his texts, try to figure out who was in contact with him in potentially planning this attacker who might have had wind that Something Like this was going to happen. Shannon possible that charges in the federal investigation would go beyond just this man . It depends on what they turn out. Sometimes in a case like this, a person really is a lone wolf who just acted spontaneously, he decided to make this terrible attack. On the other hand, its possible that he had helpers. That he had conspirators who guided him, who played him, who helped him execute his evil scheme. Shannon what about the various groups that showed up in charlies bill . Free speech is free speech, the First Amendment protects things that everyone finds offensive, thats why its there. But what about those who engage in violence or the destruction of property, injury to other people . Are those kinds of things at the feds have also looked at as potential hate crimes or with those basically stay with state authorities . I think of the federal government found evidence that there were people who were committing acts of violence motivated by racial hatred, i think that absolutely would warrant at minimum and investigation potentially a prosecution. I think the other thing Law Enforcement needs to look at is to figure out what went wrong here, whether this is something that couldve been prevented by a Stronger Police presence, by separating the protesters and counter protesters. I think there are a lot of things that we need to look at from this terrible situation. Charlottesville police saying they have great regrets about this weekends we will see how those issues play out. You so much. Bill who are going to bring on Ari Fleischer with much more on how the u. S. Is to mitigate their message on this attack. Also today, a woman found alive after wandering in the wilderness for a month. This 25yearold beat the odds, the elements, and was eventually rescued. And the Google Engineer fired for a controversial memo he wrote about gender at the tech giant is now talking. How he says google actually works on the inside. They really just called me and said youve been terminated for perpetuating gender stereotypes. When i asked for more detail, they wouldnt give me any. When did you see the sign . When i needed to jumpstart sales. Build attendance for an event. Help people find their way. Fastsigns designed new directional signage. And got them back on track. Get started at fastsigns. Com. I am surprised although i sort of predicted it in the introduction to the document. I realized that this happened at the small scale where people will change you if you say anything thats not politically correct, but i never realized that i could get so far, that they would actually fire me for trying to actually improve google. Bill is now the second week of the story. Google employee and engineer speaking with tucker last night. He was fired after writing a memo laying out his views on the political culture in the compan company. A staff writer for the Washington Free beacon has looked at the story it and saw the interview last night, wanted to bring you want to discuss more about this. Some of the things he said would shame you if you said anything that its not politically correct. Is giving us some insight to the company. What did you hear and take away from his comments their key mexico i heard that he was essentially fired for a crime because he had bad thoughts about diversity, about gender differences in. He made very clear in the memo he wasnt trying to generalize, he was saying i am prodiversity, but lets look at science and some biological differences and maybe change the way google does things to get women more involved pair programming, to open up more jobs for them. It was trying to help, but because of the way it was taken as antidiversity, gender stereotypes he was fired. Bill a lot of it was a difference between men and women, correct . A lot of it was a difference between your politics in mind or vice versa. The ironic thing is he makes a point very clear that google has a problem with ideological differences and they have a problem with silencing dissenting voices. And what happens, the memo becomes public and gets leaked, there is emotional outrage mob that comes after him and then that ideological difference has been silenced because they fire him. Bill the ceo comes back from vacation to take care of this pretty google put out a long statement and this is just part of it now on screen. Diversity and inclusion are a phenomenal part of our values and the culture we continue to cultivate. We are unequivocal in our belief that diversity and inclusion are critical to our success as a company. We will continue to stand for that and be committed to it for the long haul. I dont know what he did or said that would not include or not contribute to a diverse culture. Can you understand that . He did not say that he was against diversity. With that statement is saying to me is that we want diversity and inclusion of different races, genders, sexual orientation, but they dont want any diversity of thought. And thats exactly what he offered. A different view on this whole discussion of gender and women and offered a different view, different political belief. Google said no thank you, we are only on the left. Be one of the remarkable thing about this is google had so much power in our lives, and its only going to get bigger. Here is part of the statement from his statement originally. Im not saying that diversity is bad, that google or society is 100 of fair, but we should not try to correct resist to mimic existing. My point is that we have an intolerance for ideas and evidence that doesnt fit a certain ideology. There is an intolerance of ideas because if you look at this memo, what was initially, this is an antidiversity created, the problem is people didnt read the memo. The memo was not antidiversity. It was just offering lots of other Scientific Backing of lets explain this, lets think this through and come up with ways in which women can contribute in different ways if theyre not coders, they can do other things with the company. The scary thing is if youre fired for your thought for essentially a thought prima google, this Company Knows a lot about all of us. Its a little creepy at the end of the day. So they are firing and going after people for just their belief. Bill he has opened the book to this for sure. Elizabeth harrington, thank you for your thoughts today. Here is shannon. Shannon north korea having second thoughts about firing missiles towards guam. Leader kim jongun approve the plans but is he now backing off the rest an imminent launch . We are live in guam right after the break. And we are studied to see you this pop up around the country, protesters tearing down confederate statue in North Carolina last night. But is that an attempt to erase our difficult history of right way to confront the controversy . Our panel takes on that. We are in a very precarious time. How long before they show up at monticello where i spent three years at law school intelligible than union . How long until they show up at mount vernon . What else will be subjected to their eradication . To not just accept what you see, but imagine something new. A one reverse mortgage licensed specialist is standing by bill of the bluebirds were not at Yankee Stadium last night, they were parked outside trump tower in midtown manhattan, what a scene that wa was. Waiting for President Trump to return for the first time in eight months, meanwhile from new york, there was a North Carolina. Those are protesters tearing down a monument just outside of the courthouse. Other states considering moving their own. Lets talk about that. From a Communications Director with the dnc. Editor in chief of the daily caller news foundation. Good to see both of you. Laura ingraham had strong comments earlier today. We played at a moment ago and Jeff Sessions was asked about this on sunday on cbs about the continuing removal of monuments in various parts of the country. My recommendation as attorney general of the United States is that the cities and counties and states have a right to decide their monuments and that nobody should use violence to stop them either wa way. Its up to then to decide. Bill its been happening and its a complex issue. I think Jeff Sessions is right, the federal government has no say in anything thats not a federal monument. I think the problem here is there are a lot of down voices out there talking about contextualizing history, may be adding something to it. This is more complicated than its portrayed in the 1920s or moving things to different places. To a different park away from a courthouse or museum. The movement led by these radicals like we saw yesterday destroying property and showing ignorance of history, we had 620,000 People Killed in the American Civil War on both sides. People who didnt have a thing. They tore down a rebel soldier like that, i think thats disgraceful and it hurts the solid arguments that some more sound minds are bringing to this. I dont think these people were radicals. I think thats why the police stood by and allowed them to tear down that monument. I dont support that, i believe it should be a political process to decide whether these monuments stand or they fall, but lets remember this, a lot of people protesting these monuments, their ancestors in 1920s didnt have any say at all. You can understand the frustration. I dont believe these people radicals. Bill city so far announcing removals and some of it over the last week, baltimore, maryland, jacksonville, florida, lexington, kentucky, charleston, west virginia,. Southern Poverty Law Center reports since 2015 going back two years, at least 60 public confederate symbols have been removed. My question is how far does it go . It goes all the way, i think its going to continue to the founding fathers. You will see calls for Thomas Jefferson statue be taken down as a slaveholder. The thing anyone who was involved and the average confederate soldier who had nothing to do a slaveholding, their legacy will be attacked, and its also going to be a big problem for one of the worlds biggest religions whose founder was a slaveholder. History is complicated. If you want to tear things down, its a terrible move and instead, history should be contextualized. Bill are you suggesting that bricks can be put on this or not . Based on your answer, yes, it gets complicated but youre not suggesting that there is any end in sight either. I think the brakes could be put on us if we take the students of those kinds of people who are turned on monuments, committing public vandalism, not semidonors in the history that they are tearing down that those people are not going to be on a break. But if you have some more sound men and intellectuals who say theres a difference between Nathan Bedford forrest who committed war crimes in front of the ku klux klan and robert e lee who was a leader in bringing the north and the south back together more if you had Washington League college, patty wilder respected tradition after the war. Theres a difference between those people and we should put in context. I believe it should be a political process. I dont believe that what happened in durham is the way to go. It is complicated. Celebrating people who owned slaves who were founders of the ku klux klan and to your point, thats not every confederate monument. There should be a political process that allows us to go forward. Bill other cities working on removal, alexander virginia, leesburg virginia, memphis, tennessee,. I dont see the stopping, and i just dont know where it ends either. Arlington National Cemetery right across the potomacs robert e lee is home. Does it go that far . There are confederate soldiers buried at arlington. How do you respond to that . Does it reach that point . I think so. We saw some of the biggest examples of racial violence that weve seen since the church shooting, but a more massive example of racial violence in charlottesville because people have decided that there are going to the center of the confederate war and digging up old ghosts. Let sleeping dogs lie. By stirring the sub, theyre bringing up some of the most radical people. People coming out of the woods driving vans and white supremacist, klansmen, people who dont see on daytoday life are coming in and then folks are coming into fight this imaginary battle with them this is basically what they are doing. Bill police have to act in a way thats more responsible than what you saw on saturday. They know they had a perm and you they would be there. You dont have to agree with it, some of the what they said is offensive, but you knew the presence what happened on saturday and you allow these two opposing groups with really strong emotional feelings against one another get that physically close to each other, theres got to be an answer for that. Is a tough issue. With the police dont want to do is buy their activity inside the violence that they are trying to avoid. I agree. I think anyone who has looked at the said moore couldve been done in charlottesville by the police did i think theres a point to be made that a lot of the protesters, what some would call the neonazi side were actually carrying a lot of armor and so the police were taking that into account. I think in durham, the police couldve weighed in. Bill thanks to you as well. We will see where it goes together. Shannon, back to you in new york. Shannon President Trump has come under a lot of chrism for those fire and fury comments, but doctor charles said the publics misunderstanding a key issue. The problem is north korea has been threatening us, insulting us, all kinds of bloodcurdling stuff every day twice on sunday, the fire and left. Was a perfectly reasonable recreation of massive retaliation. Shannon what Foreign Policy techniques President Trump may be using is nothing compared to past president s. Former press secretary for president george w. Bush Ari Fleischer weighs in on that plus a massive sinkhole that will still spreading. How many homes will be damaged because of that . Whoooo. Youre searching for something. Like the perfect deal. On the perfect hotel. So wouldnt it be perfect if. There was a single site. Where you could find the. Right hotel for you at the best price . There is. Because tripadvisor now compares. Prices from over 200 booking. Sites. To save you up to 30 . On the hotel you want. Trust this birds words. Tripadvisor. The latest reviews. The lowest prices. North korea best not make him anymore threats the United States. They will be met with fire and fury. Like the world has never seen. Shannon critics claiming President Trumps rhetoric on north korea north koreas fielding tensions with the rogue regime. Charles krauthammer says we are seeing some Foreign Policy similarities between comp and most cold war president s that helped counter a 50 year soviet threat. People got all upset when trump use the words fire and fury, overkill, all of this other stuff. They forget the fact that john kennedy, president eisenhower, and most of the cold war president s had a policy called massive retaliation, which meant if the soviets attacked us, we were not going to be discreet and proportionate in our response. Shannon Ari Fleischer is a former press secretary for president george w. Bush and a Fox News Contributor. Good morning to you. Does doctor k have a point there that you have to speak in the language that your adversaries understand because supporters of the president same he is just trying to speak in a way that kim jongun gets it. I think as usual, Charles Krauthammer nailed it. The only thing i would add to it is then general colin powell said about north korea launched a preemptive attack on us or south korea that the United States would turn north korea into a parking lot to use powells words. I think frankly, donald trump came along after three president s including the one i worked for him also the same thing and try to do the same things with north korea none of the work. I think donald trump is on the right track here speaking differently, acting differently. This is what north korea and china need to hear. Under president obama, they always said the military option is on the table. It was a very low table that no one could see. It was a miniature table. It was incredible. It wasnt real and thats one of the reasons north korea proceeded. Shannon i want to jump off and the point that you made about china because we talked a lot about how many of these messages are for north korea versus other players in the region. So expand on that, about why this is for china as well. The best hope for peace is for china to use their influence, trade embargoes against north korea and carry them forward and carry them out. If china is convinced that the United States is for real, that we will use force, that it changes the game for china. It makes them think about enforcing sanctions because china has played a double game also. That was one of Donald Trumps targets and sometimes that type of rhetoric as donald ragan showed us is how you keep the peace. Shannon from that rhetoric, the other rhetoric he is getting criticized about his not being tough enough and not being specific about what happened in childs bill over the weekend. He made a second statement yesterday calling out the kkk, neonazis, white supremacist and he said other hate groups that are going to engage this repugnant behavior. He still took heat because people thought it was too late or they didnt like it. He says in his tweet after that, made additional remarks on charlottes villain realized once again that they can news media will never be satisfied. Truly bad people. How could he have handled this opportunity, is it a missed opportunity, differently . Ill take a backseat to when it comes to criticizing the Mainstream Media when they deserve it and in this case, they dont. Donald trump does deserve the criticism here. From a moral point of view, on saturday he shouldve instantly made a statement on. Its natural. Its what you should do when you see the clan. It should be natural when you see nazis. Some of the other groups on the sidelines deserve criticism, even reprehensible group like the nazis have a right to march peacefully. If someone takes violently against them, that other groups should be criticized. But when youre the president and the moral power of the presidency and you see the clan and see the nazis, criticize them. Shannon do you think now that there will be a different tone moving forward . Some have said nancy pelosi and others on the right have said they fear that some of these connections or ledge connections, they want to make between the president and some of these groups say it feeds through steve bannon. He has denied it. They are saying if youre serious, go with him. This is why donald trump wouldve been better off, i hate to bring politics into that, but this is about morality and right and wrong. Thats what you criticize nazis and the clan. They because he did not criticize them by name on saturday, he opened up the democrat charts of the press does like to amplify that all republicans are like this, which is a bunch of nonsense. Ive defended steve panicked, defended donald trump on a broader issue. The way to inoculate yourself on these attacks is to preemptively criticize nazis and the clan when you see the mountain marching. But even the nazis have to be protected and thats what they shouldve done. They couldve kept the two apart and cherish the First Amendment. I think we need to have a full look into what the police did wrong. Shannon i think that is going to happen as they have expressed some regrets. Great to see you, thanks so much for your time today. Photographs that you say here, kim jongun is looking at that plan strike, state media saying if yankees persist in their extremely dangerous, reckless actions on the Korean Peninsula, he would reconsider that delay. What does that mean for guam . Temporary reprieve that missiles will not be falling anytime soon. The area that we are talking about is about 18 miles off the coast by boat, and our out to sea. But military terms, that is way too close to the base here, which is why defense secretary james mattis said yesterday that a shot at guam would quickly escalate into war in the u. S. Would not allow north korea to use as island for target practice. Speak of this information given to us recently that kim jongun has paused his intention of shooting anything in our direction.
