with bins and supplies. it has been incredible. >> john: these incidences often bring out the best in people. this was a tornado 350 miles per hour and on the ground for 12 miles and the destruction is unbelievable. what have you been doing since the storm hit on wednesday? >> as troy and ashley were laying on top of their children and ensuring their safety, i was on the other side of town and tornados don't touch down in new jersey and quickly, i got calls from my emergency response leaders and from that moment on, it has been a blow. what we did immediately is set-up our office of emergency response and we were focused on trying to find who was hurt, what was needed? the truth is that we expected
