That is it geared very Small Businesses with 19 employees or less all of our job growth in the country is coming from the smaller guys. It is that threshold that the rule requires to be updated every three years. Administration says there will be 12 billion in payouts because of this rule over the next decade. They see it as the cure for stagnant wages. As you know, neil, wages have been stagnant since the president took office. Median incomes are the same. Here is what the other side is saying, republicans, Small Business operators, entry Level Management positions will disappear and those employees will fall back into hourly jobs. Administration putting in a ton new rules. This one clearly having big impacts throughout the labor market. It will affect retail workers, hotel workers, restaurant workers.
