U.k. Text you start with a word in the sun that's 81 trip or 3 Now this is interesting because quite often our say in this part of the show that we were discussing something in the office and quite often the things we talk about do come from conversations that we've had some times they've been prompted by you comments that you've sent through Texan emails and goodness knows what else. Well a little bit earlier on. Russell was talking about a discussion that he's been following on the internet and when he 1st mentioned this I thought Yeah but then the more you went on the more I realized how interesting it was and in fact we can probably all relate to this in one way or another sneak if you a brief outline of what this is all about this is something that's been discussed on the Internet and it's about places and items which make people feel nervous or even scared however at the same time they found them really really interesting so are simple but you mean they find it scary and nervous but find it interesting what you on about the Miti at the time and that when he gave me some examples nice showed me some of the comments online I realize where this was going and realize there's actually quite a lot of mileage in this and why so many people have been taking part a lot of people according to this this comment these comments online a lot of people find abandoned and derelict buildings fascinating but the same time a little bit eerie So would you agree with that is there a building maybe not far from you or somewhere that you're aware of particularly if it's something like an old hospital or an old school or an old church that's derelict hasn't been used for years you look at it and think Ward want to go in there that's scary there could be all sorts lurking around in there but at the same time it's fascinating and so if someone were to say to you I'm in charge of the company looks after this building too and come and have a look around you would probably say yes in actual fact I would say that there were other things now one thing I found fascinating was a lot of people it said on this forum but they find what is under the sea intriguing and even though you see programmes on the television about it they're always used to dealing with you know beautiful things in the middle of the ocean or whatever lovely sea creatures and so on but someone who. Lives by a river or someone who lives by the sea by the coast find it fascinating and I think I wonder what's underneath what's actually in the sea and even though they are still quite scared by the scared of the waves and scared of what might be down there they would love to have a look but they wouldn't want to actually go learn to dive in order to do it because it's still a bit scary and I'll give you some other examples here briefly of things that people suggested they are both of study afraid reprehensive about and yet find fascinating at the science same time the Internet a lot of people who don't use the Internet it's because they are they would like to but they've got this little feeling in the back of their mind that there is maybe more to it than meets the eye and that someone is watching them or someone is listening to them or something like that which 9 terms are turncoats he's not true old sheds people find fascinating but they don't want to go and look in them because they never know what's in there could be some creepy crawlies or worse see where heat have never come to stand that people find seaweed fascinating but scared of it at the same time scared Crows have you ever looked at the scare crow in a field and you've looked at it and thought well I noted ease he said to man made thing. But there again you look at him think who that is a bit scary bearing in mind there have been films horror films that have been based around scare crows gives you some idea where they get where they go with these and also enormous machinery people find intriguing and yet scary at the same time their study apprehensive of an enormous diggers combine harvesters you know those bigger movers you see where the wheels appear to be about 20 foot in diameter you know the things they move the earth round with one on big construction sites and so on people find those fascinating but also intimidating at the same time other people's lofts or lofts in general he's a good example for cobwebs a Mark I know not everyone's if you live in a fairly new house it's probably Ok but generally speaking for cobwebs a mark and anything what is out there though I would love to go and have a look around people's lofts particularly people who live in very old houses and have been there for a long time. What about sailors would you like to go and have a look in the cellar of a very very old building what about the crypt of a church places like that but these are just examples and you can you know we can double up on these there may be some examples I've given you that you would agree with what is it for years what are you absolutely fascinated with and would love to be able to see more I would love to get involved in exploring and so on but you never wards because you're actually quite scared of the more apprehensive at the same time. Only 345-303-9613 extension 45. 961 b.b.c. Radio across the sun. There's a number that you need as always if there's another number out today you can of course use that number as well. As you can text you start with a word to each one triple 3 and follow me on Twitter Pullman a radio you can tweet as well so think about this places that you find both scary and interesting places that you would love to go to but at the same time think now I don't think I wore what about empty swimming pools swimming pools in a full sized swimming pool without any water him would you like to actually go and have a walk around an empty you would spit on his or something saying I don't know if I actually do it's a long way to be honest professional swimming pools they are very very deep and I'm sure there are many other things as well underground car parks hospital is I think derelict hospitals must be of the scariest places because you do see there are websites where people go looking around place they're supposed to 9 times out of 10 but they do and they take photographs and they put them online and they are scary especially when there's bits of old equipment lurking around this been left behind you know especially very old hospitals where there could be some. Pieces of medical equipment that we we don't understand we don't know what it is new look at it anything which is a hospital is this a place of torture. That I'm a. B.b.c. In the south so we're talking about places and things that you find fascinating you would love to go and have a look around at the same time that are a bit creepy so maybe it's a no no but the one from. The tech says my bank account. Always in trade to see how little I have in there but too scared to check you are not the only one I'm sure all let's go to Shanklin speak to Guy how to Gail. I Ok my now yes we are all well thank you well indeed he had my bank account he wouldn't go that gloss over that pretend it doesn't exist just pretend he's nowhere except you know this is an interesting conversation that he's on a forum actually Russ has been following for a while and we we saw so many interesting locations we thought yes I think most people would agree there is a place that intrigued with him would love to have a look around maybe or explore but also I find it a bit creepy what about you guys Well I think I'm going to destroy his son enough life with he ran were totally mobile one of looking at it the other day right in steep hill posing for it yeah it is Wyoming full as you come but then the palm of the cars on you some Monkey Hill I need to look at big mansion houses and it would've been beautiful nice guy but because he is automatic id looks like something I saw you have a horror movie yeah I am not I would not go out on. Is it is it looked off to me now that you know holdings around it I'm warning signs of this to make you think well and obviously that you know whether it is putting to around you. To keep people healthy because you think somebody must only and not tell you now if they know that for all because all been here. We know every year I used to come on holiday here and I know it's been basically empty for the last really Yeah well maybe they'll be someone listening you can tell us a little bit more about what it cold only say in the book you need to cut a good thing if you need to cost a pill cause yeah you want to the bottom of the cable went to the bottom of the case you cut you think is how it is it's just me could imagine it's a beautiful art it won't all look really spooky leg. I don't want to die. But yeah me too maybe they'll be someone if they could be solicitors invent I'm sure there are who can tell us a bit more about it you know it's I can tell it's really not here we'd like to know some I'm curious you know why he's in the state that it ca and it does seem a bit of a shame doesn't he get this beautiful old house that he's there like back but there again there are lots of derelict buildings around Sadly as you walk or come into all Moneyball on to our blog boy are I would you say yes because these are the to think about is coldest part the army you see is in full Let's see if we can find out more if anyone knows about this House event or the bottom of this old derelict house beautiful old house perhaps they can give us a ring and we can find out a little bit more about it or I go Ok Paul that is well thank you very much anyhow for I thank you problem must wait by so if you're listening on the island surround vent no steep hill Cove this house you are familiar with on the gale was just telling us about this derelict house been there for at least 5 years the gate is aware of very spooky very scary like something out of a horror movie but you'd love to go and have a look around do you know what it was how it got to be in the state that it's in do give us a ring. Lynda memes with text remember you start the text the word Miller so that h one triple 3 fascinated by isolated ancient woodland the shapes of the trees can be scary especially twilight that he so so true and a text here also from Valerie in Petersfield she says I don't know why but I find graveyards scary places they shouldn't there's no one in there that's going to do you any harm but I just do I think if someone said to me I'll give you a 1000000 pound if you'll go and walk through the graveyard at night and there's one about 2 miles from where I live I don't think I actually coud Now why is that surely there something to do with the psychology of it all I think that is. Probably come from horror movies and things again has no you know the dead coming back to life and all that sort of stuff so that's probably the reason why but stammered Let's go to port you said that was you to gratify Greg. How you sweetie pie I'm fine seeing you tomorrow oh you're going to be at the church all good I look forward to seeing you that would be nice yet if I may say. As you normally do an assassin I will meet down the red line yes place yes that would be nice. So yes we will have a good night the b.b.c. Radio silent carol concert tomorrow night which is going to be lots of fun looking forward to that and just one thing please Gretchen no singing out of tune or write . That know that I'm sorry no we can't be 2 of us touring. Now there are left places that you're fascinated by that you find a bit creepy at the same time. Oh rabbi that's interesting why. Obviously you're fascinated by them because you see them on the television hear people talking about. Everything. Why no one read today but the fact that something may happen yes kind of. When I was on holiday in. And they were going to they blow this. And you could go and see in minutes you know yet to balance. As I said I can only explain. By so desperately oh wow you had an affair couldn't. You think it was just a bit of anxiety maybe do you think that my friend. He was as white as rarely I mean we were literally I'd say. Which would have helped his negress and he told me things even my kids. Probably couldn't do there is food for thought isn't there you think hang on a minute how do they know this is there some saying no I mean I know if you don't know I didn't know. So even though I think it's a very good example you've given us actually Gretta because I think a lot of people would love to go to one of the sessions but at the same time that they're quite scared of it for the reasons you mention and so I say now not go in there just in case I hear something I don't want to hear. Strange is Nate he's very very strange and you couldn't go with friends of yours or family members who were making a difference I mean I remember once my husband and my mother went to me and I sat in the car so I don't 'd know who writes. And when they got back in the car did they have anything interesting to say. You've been got fish and chips and if that's what it was. Ok fair enough I'm sure you're not the only person to say that I'm sure you'll be you're not the only person and so it's an interesting one aggressor I stopped for seeing you tomorrow my love might make sure you do and I will come and see you then thank you. But by now bye bye bye yes indeed I know they obviously have lots of different stations together here but it is the b.b.c. Radio silent carol concert tomorrow night and if you are going to be there in Portsmouth I should look forward to seeing you a 1000000000 Chinese emails he says you know what I found oppressive was going up the inside of the lighthouse on Plymouth hollow in actual fact I had to go back before I was halfway up it's funny isn't it makes you wonder why they see Why do you get these you know these feelings but what you do don't you just and also an e-mail comes through here this one is from Hilary she says there's a house about 2 miles up the road from where my mother lives and when I was a girl it used to be part of a convent where the conference well and truly gone in fact there's nothing left to talk just a few old rocks and part of the ground has been built on but this house is still there there aren't any wind the roofs give the now up the threat that they are so they get there are no windows the roofs given up the ghost no pun intended and for some strange reason when I walk past it sometimes at night with the dog even if I'm with my daughter or my husband I still can't even bear to look at it and yet I know what he sees but they say something about it other people I've spoken to live nearby say that it's an eyesore and should be pulled down but for me they something very very intriguing and John from Portsmouth says I was always fascinated with b.b.c. Television Center It was very creepy after it closed down when you say that John because some some some people I know work in the b.b.c. Did go. And have a look around they were part of the decommissioning process and they said that with all the people out in all of the you know the lot of the equipment out as well it was quite scary because that's probably the 1st time in its history that to ever been almost empty because there was always something going on in that you know even throughout the night programs were being recorded and so on it was way something going on and they said that if you you stood in some of the big studios it was silent but you would then hear something and they said it was as though there was something coming back maybe it'd been a years ago who knows but it's an interesting one if you just joined us we're talking about places that you are in tree and you would love to go and have a look around but you couldn't because you actually find it really scary at the same time what about an old derelict hospital an old derelict building not far from where you live you look at him enough to go and have a look around there but I count maybe like we mentioned earlier going on to the city to have a look around if you live by you know a big river or lake or something or you're by the say by the coast you'd love to know what's going on underneath but just haven't got the courage to have a go and learn how to do it and do it yourself or maybe you did go somewhere and you started to look around and you thought account to this. 345. 3961. 961 b.b.c. Radio across the sun. There's a number that you need email or text or tweet some really good ones coming through here some of the fairly obvious and some. Of them after vase great song from me. a strange bat for rice 27 to 12 maybe say in the South we're talking about places fascinated by intrigue with but the same time who that bit scary we will not be getting that attack from Pam in Coventry says I was really looking forward to visiting the old cell as a cover entry police station but then on the way I suddenly realised I had to come out I just couldn't breathe he's Wizards it just hits it the psyche is it a bit of anxiety I don't know it is interesting and also an email here from pole who's in Swindon. He says I used to work for a company that did a lot of demolition work and even though I wasn't involved on the ground as it were we did sometimes have to go out to the demolition sites I remember when I was working just outside New Castle having to go to an old church the church had been there for hundreds of years in one state or another been rebuilt several times he had been derelict about 40 years and it was ready to fall down we had to go and demolish it well when we went there the remains from the Crypt were being taken away and that wasn't very much it was all done very respectfully in these bags my companies that deal with this kind of thing and as soon as I got to the church I told my friend I was not able to go in and there I was a big strapping lad with a still toe cat boots not worried about anything but there was no way I could go in and even to this day just thinking about it I remember I was there yesterday when in fact it was best part of 15 years ago interesting. Show a b.b.c. Doco dot u. K. Georgia and George you know how you tonight. It's amazing you only have to go up a few degrees and it becomes a lot more pleasant doesn't it just and that's all you know. That one never was no me neither Absolutely. Especially in my car you know I mean it's bad enough when the sunshine and. Picked it with us sorry that got stronger in. There you are this is also true in all the Aussies come and have a look as well they find it interesting or free email free beer or George fascinate in places where they give us the collywobbles What is it for you my friend. Was in the force you were going there were happened. And I was always always based 'd on me but living it hang it with my fam. And the old it was pretty well diffused but they did and my kids and I used to go room one of the round and I've been in this building before and it was quite interesting but my dad used to come down from Port Slade mom and dad come down we can see and when we can got to tell it to the field now he's x. 48 So 'd you know me during the war didn't scare my dad very much. And we wondered when the I thought I'd look at the old control tower in the fall of building the whatever and we walked into the offices mess where I'd been before and I was showing dad over the names being pensive on the war from what everyone some of them went back to the forty's you know yes being about a Britain a field. And mother dead all the sudden turn and he ran and he said I can't stay or can't stay and he ran out of the building never seen him move to quick and also what on earth did he do in solid and he was still dead and he was white 'd and shaking like a leaf he said I've conquered back you cannot go back in and the old happen how do you experience something I felt something old and then I just said there's something there he said I can't go back it. Was actually quicker and he was. And we walked back to the quarters of the same tack and give him a stiff drink. And this was just something that I couldn't get out of him exactly what you generalize with me sorry but I didn't feel anything in it but that obviously did you know and this is just the remains of the building is it just you know the ruins all that well it was a complete building but it just would not be part of the park for quite a few years 'd but the you know the there were a few broken windows and bits and pieces building was still complete. Saying he's the same thing I think if you're still interested only several years ago I've packed in lower your for the overall when the security guard was of and they put me in. A large building down on the seafront here at Broughton called King's House I think it is which the council. Sort of occupied up until a few months ago. But before that it was offices and I was in that building on my own and it's one huge building Eastlake about 2 hours to patrol it. And there was one to take the corridor with the 1st time why every went down this corridor will. I got about halfway down they could not walk any further literally the whole could not walk any further and it was just something that really 'd gave me the creeps could not walk I had to turn around go back and I rang the firm that I was working for and I said I'm sorry that probably do not do it. Just yet just leave. Did they say that other people had similar experiences as children but. Only the old Personally I didn't find out how many no I could not walk down the the end of the corridor or about half way and I could not go any further something then asked something that was saying that apparently the office right down at the end on the right and saw it as you walk down the apparently a woman to commit suicide in there several years earlier nobody knew that this you know I just. Found out about it afterwards. It is strange and again it's for these places that you're fascinated in you would love to go and have a look around really but then there's some things I don't know you don't. Know for love nor money and I'm going in there either. I might come across a man wearing a gorilla suit mistakes have been honoring me. That's another. Teacher in our best bits on Friday. 'd it was in our best bits or ah it was a fabulous story. Fair and. 'd fair enough anyway. It was good George always a pleasure speaking thank you for that as well thank you for your time. 'd you. Were indeed our speech or later by now but by those Georgian Hove we're talking about place you're fascinated with but you just cannot go there and read he was Tex's and said there's a creepy place is going to go down as a child we have one had a coal hole and that was scary and this is interesting from our involvement she was petrified of going through the Channel Tunnel for the 1st time I was fascinated and also scared thinking about all that water above me I don't find it so bad now but I do get a little bit apprehensive so he says high buildings always terrifying the Eiffel Tower supports cathedral I've been to all of them but I still get the collywobbles and Djimon folks and said I had to inspect weighing and measuring equipment hospitals both had a an eerie hair curling atmosphere about them I used to hate having to visit those places and speak to Derek now isn't sitting bored how Derek. How are you tonight you well yeah not bad Thank you good stuff nice to hear from here so great stories here want to. But you. All would love to visit it as long as all somewhat well there to guide me around rights it's the London Underground. That's interesting Ok you know the parts of it that are so close to the elements or so they're not forgotten the give the the go stations they call in the ones that are no longer use they're quite. Yaps and there are tunnels they don't use and that sort of thing what is it that fascinates you about it is it because they are unused or mean what is it that you know attracts you to oh I. Get really really so I just you know it's just I don't go about it there have been programmes on the telly in fact there was a programme on the telly about 2 years ago and I looked at some of the old go stations and I have to say that just watching on the television obviously it's fine because I'm very brightly lit and so on but I don't think I'd want to go down they would just a top notch looking around because obviously they are really creepy and some of them have got lights some of them haven't and some of them aren't even complete there is one a can think where they said it was and it's not finished they just got part of a platform and that's it there's no rail or anything was when they started to build then they decided not to and also I think also a program like that it was one. Well I ended up there because there was but the program or grace there probably watching it was about the better part of the start the on the ground they could have been it could have been just really interesting combat like that basically it's how I hear what ended up being replaced by Charles Walker a few years yet quite possibly quite possibly but I think what is also fascinating is how people were on the main railway you know at night and you know there's overseas noises down there and people say that you know sometimes you'll be walking along and you'll walk past one of the disused tunnels and you think you can hear something when in fact you probably County she's an echo they say but it is really fascinating but creepy at the same time I think I could go down there but you can get lost in the low bar you know I can hear that's true absolutely but I got older so I'm posting everything here so do you think then Derek if there were to be and I don't know if they do have them but if there were to be a tour where you know groups of people with guides could go and look at some of the old you see you stations would you go or not I'm Bobby time to play if there were other people with you but not on your own just you want to talk she's a no no definitely. That's not a thing is a West are like I examined who I used to live in London when I was 20 years ago and there was a piece about it one of the pipes and there was a you know I was a shop somewhere out in the suburbs before there where there was a dish you study. And basically he shot would be on top of it. And he had a hatch basically and it was in the cellar and it could be left to decide if there was a spot on the dock. Or I'm down into the station from his shop how strange is that how creepy is that near funny noises in the middle of the Back to you know that was it that was actually access or you know the shot of the bill about the station whether yes the base of it but it was still there about never saw 40. Bestseller on the boat you know you could look. At or not I think I found out that I've been. Yeah and something you were shown a torch and something were to show had told you back it year back up stairs. I love is a great one dairy thanks very much vehicle tonight. But by now Derek in sitting Borneo the ghost stations on the London Underground stations they no longer use creepy and what is also interesting is how they're always finding bits of the underground that have been boarded up and they're taking bits away and doing work and they find all sorts of things especially parts of the underground that we used as bunkers during the war and they find writing on the walls and posters on the walls and things like that was in a way the underground He's one of those most fascinating places really quarter to 12 show from the b.b.c. In the South we're talking about places that you are fascinated by but the same time give you the creeps and you would love to go and have a look around but the same time you don't if you could go sports Tex I paid he said I went on a heritage tour of the former Royal Navy Hospital has got sport it was interesting because Reese Carey has a hospital is renowned for both former staff and patients seeing ghosts with something rather uncomfortable in certain areas there are lots of pictures of their online as well which are quite creepy and Erica and running for a screen say there's a house close to where we live that no one has lived in for years suffer say. And there's also a public footpath the goes close by but there is no way thank you very much I would ever use a. Stronger America Ventura Highway 10 to 12 b. C. In the south to get your request off to 12 o'clock to get those coming in you can a mile Pullman to show b.b.c. It'll cut out u.k. Techs you start with. One trip with 3 and then when they get to 12 o'clock the phones the phone lines rather will be open as well before I go back to the phones just a reminder of a serious accident in Kent near a stone bridge it's the 8 suits who 9 the road is completely closed and the place just updated us and said that it's likely to remain closed for several hours Ok. That the a 2 to 9 star bridge in Kent the road is closed completely because of a serious accident and it's likely to remain closed for some time I would of course keep an eye on that one for you as always did scuse me right when talking about places that you find fascinating at the same time really really creepy and you just don't think you could actually go and have a look around even though really you would love to read stories with us now from right out to Rita Hello Ha How are you tonight's more I thank you Jodi quotes what gives us the creeps but we're interested at the same time Well our job and I'm interested but it gives me the creeps to see. Free or lower forms free when it come up to the grind. And I don't really want to post or go near. Really strange you know I can see where you're coming from and sometimes when you watch a horror movie scary thriller and there's a there's a thunderstorm outside or something happens and trees get up rooted us get the big roots coming out of the ground and that's always been part of the image isn't it so there's right there's obviously something about how to why we find that scary because it's something we don't normally see I don't know more oh I don't know quite often you know there are few who do woods and things like. Star really have to sort of be quite brave to do all possed don't even want to go very very strange is it because the way it looks to thinks they are quite bizarre things so calm these big massive roots could be able I don't thing it is I don't know worries is just it's just all horrible feeling I can understand that I can and I can say and I can relate to it with horror movies I often show up rooted tree so clearly there is something there that I think you know people appreciate. Why they use in the movies as well one of these are things that you never know probably are things by the obvious in a previous life when something happened. Who knows you know next time you post next time you go past from there are hold your hand for you have out there . No one's going to show you. Why now. There's Rita from Ride interesting a number of these things people have mentioned are sometimes the subject of horror movies you know you will get the theory that there is something about them generally Avril in also says whilst visiting Jersey my late husband and I went to the underground hospital it was interesting but such a chilling creepy atmosphere I hope never to experience that again I've been there I went a years ago when my parents were on holiday and when I was quite young at the time I was old enough to understand what it was and there is something about it I think probably because you know that the way it is is the way that it was apart from bits obviously have been changed and there are parts of the hospital but they've just left and they've got these these light shining down these tunnels that weren't completed and things like that it is a creepy place I agree Joe. Writes Obviously creepy on the moon but we can't go out there so what gives you the creeps but the same time is quite interesting. With the. Ball the time before they have. A way you don't live there long with. A cold. What I mean I would find that creepy to think it's because there's always the fear that you're going to get on our story you want to get out you know it's all the reason. That I'm in it by not been there for thousands of years but there there there is that thought I wouldn't want to go in caves me if I was going to go in the granny once again that bike is my. Thing but. When it was just as it was just to go in the Bassman you see people going into caves to have a look around and I think if it were to be just a few feet she and I could still see the exit then I'll be Ok but to actually go deep down I wouldn't fancy the speed of the sound is when he sees how nice. They have to dive under the water and now when they do in the thank you very much. It's like coal mines I think a coal mine would be fascinating but I don't think I could go down there either. You know for the same Maries not a way I would be thinking if we went down we wouldn't get back out again even though people go in and out of them all the time you know that would be the problem I had. Sorry for your Christmas concert and I. Pardon my recording your servant in the certain Oh yes it's always requires live one year but it's usually recorded yes to be read and that way they can cut out all co-ops Oh isn't. This year they've been written by people as you'll discover they've been written by a bit of a. Having to. Kill for a. New You know the problem they. Say on the right. There where about that recall if they can add it to add it goes wrong as the great thing about it. General good to hear an interesting one thank you very much for that one I think it's a care but by now by virtue of Gerald mentioning some of these places a lot of people in texting talking about caves and tunnels and vacuum and a thing and I can understand that understand that 100 percent I spoke to George you know a little while ago he said that he was for a period of time a security guard he was going in this old building and found it really creepy how the mail comes through here from Margaret who's in Dover She says My late husband was one of these people who was very happy go lucky and he lost his job at the age of 50 so after a couple of years decided he would like to do something so he went to work part time for a security company and he loved it he loved the camaraderie he loved meeting people and generally speaking he wishes he had done it right from the start. There was one day however he came home and told me that he had Jack Today him and I said he was a poor old soul and so so and so and couldn't keep up with it anymore and he laughed then a couple of days later he said the reason was there was an old derelicts I think it was a convent though he said that it was a monastery rather remember there being any monasteries in the area must be in the old convent and they were looking after it because people used to go in there at night people used to go in there to sleep and it was Ok Whilst there have been 2 of them but because of cutbacks they had to share it and do it on their own and he says that it was the scariest place to ever been in his life and he just couldn't go there any more now he wasn't the kind of player that kind of person to find anything scary so why place thanks to Bonnie and Becks it was emailed to just which Don's I'm not sure whether you've mentioned it but there's a tiny hamlet that he's called row front which is just a few miles from East Grinstead I hate driving through there at night there is something sinister about it and I have no idea why he wrote Ralph and r o w f a n.t. Near East Grinstead it's something sinister about if you live in the area maybe you can relate to that as well and very quickly thank you to Christian ports as the place I'd love to visit and walk through would be Portland prism I find it fascinating about the location. All that thing you know the things that went on and also my partner works at poor hospital and went for a wander on the night shift and came across an old ward in the basement still old equipment there as well and apparently the light only were very very dim so being in the basement there was no natural light she said that she could only go so far and then she had to run out there's also an old War bunker on long fleet road in pool underground and I'd love to go in there as well apparently there are still old posters on the wall but I don't know if I could. But it's a thing isn't it creepy creepy scary places so I it's just lovely to hear your stories and you know people might say delve stupid but it isn't there are places like and talk about old hospitals as I've mentioned before years ago and I did Hospital Radio I did for a number of years. I used to the what the station was based is what you today would call a psychiatric hospital but it was called a mental asylum when it was built back in the 18 somethings and part of the hospital were derelict they weren't able to use them because it was so all it was falling to bits literally was dangerous it was a special goodness knows what else and on occasions we would go to parts of the hospital were very close to the derelict part and you're always very tempted to walk up the Corrie door and just to have a look around but as much as you wanted to you would open the door and look in the room now can't go down there and there's a reason why I mean it's nothing there just you know derelict wards but there's just something about them isn't there old hospitals particularly what would have been called mental asylums in their day but of course they were cool psychiatric hospitals very very scary but anyway there we go thank you very much indeed for those will cheer up now it requests next.
