In a brief press release from the city of Quincy Wednesday, they announced Steven Homan, the owner of The Barn night club, has relinquished the business’ liquor license.
A hearing had been scheduled for Thursday about possible liquor code violations by Homan. The city said that since the license has been relinquished, the hearing is no longer necessary.
Homan has been charged with aggravated battery in connection with an incident at The Barn involving Homan and a 19 year old Quincy University student.
