Homan was charged after an incident at The Barn night club April 4th when he allegedly attacked 19 year old Jazzpher Evans, a freshman at Quincy University. Homan was indicted by an Adams County Grand Jury April 29th. Homan is scheduled to be back in court July 6th. He is free on $25,000 bond.

Court appearance delayed for Quincy night club owner accused of attacking teen QUINCY (WGEM) The first court date for The Barn nightclub owner, Steven Homan, has been pushed back one week, according to the Adams County Trial Court Administrator. Homan was scheduled to appear in Adams County Circuit Court on Tuesday, May 4, where the prosecution was scheduled to present the findings of probable cause. That is now scheduled for May 11. Homan, 47, was charged in April with one count of aggravated battery, a Class 3 Felony from an incident at The Barn on April 4 when Quincy University student Jazzpher Evans, 19, alleged that she was attacked by Homan.
