TEA takeover of Houston ISD: New Superintendent Mike Miles, board of managers announced

Texas Education Commissioner Mike Morath has named Mike Miles the new superintendent of Houston ISD as the state's takeover of the district begins. The TEA also announced the new Board of Managers.
