Task force will robocall 50,000 Cape Codders over 65 with vaccine news [Cape Cod Times, Hyannis, Mass.]
Feb. 2—The Cape Cod COVID-19 Response Task Force has scheduled a Wednesday phone briefing for Cape Codders over 65 to discuss vaccination access. The call comes in response to mounting concerns about the phase two rollout.
The task force also said residents can now sign up for email notifications (see below) to receive 24-hour advance notice when a Barnstable County COVID-19 clinic is opening for registration.
“The phone briefing will be held through a phone conferencing service that will proactively call the home phone numbers for approximately 50,000 Cape Codders over 65 to join the call just before it begins on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.,” task force communications director Geoff Spillane said in a press release.
