Supreme Court refuses to entertain plea against Chandigarh electric vehicle policy; asks petitioner to move HC

The Chandigarh administration, as part of the 2022 Electric Vehicle Policy, decided it will not register non-electric two-wheelers between February 10 and March 31 this year.
