Suffolk DA: Bay Shore Man Convicted for Killing One Victim, Causing Injuries to Two Others in Motor Vehicle Crash

Suffolk County District Attorney Timothy D. Sini has announced the trial conviction of a Bay Shore man for killing one victim and causing injuries to two others in a motor vehicle crash while driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
 
“This is yet another devastating crash caused by the reckless, inexcusable decision to drive while drunk and on drugs,” District Attorney Sini said. “This conviction cannot undo the pain caused by the defendant, but it holds him accountable for his selfish actions. There is no reason in this day and age why anyone should be getting behind the wheel while intoxicated, and my Office will continue to prosecute anyone who does to the fullest extent of the law.”
