The slogan for the 6th UN Global Road Safety Week is ‘Streets for life: why #Love30.’ The Road Safety Partnership (RSP) South Africa says the campaign is calling for 30km/h speed limits to become the norm in cities, towns and villages worldwide. “The RSP South Africa is pledging their support for the initiative. Low-speed limits in areas where traffic and people mix can significantly reduce the number of tragedies in these areas. “Low-speed streets save lives and should be the heart of all communities.
