Having an egg-heavy diet may not impact cholesterol levels as much as once thought, according to new research. A study, to be presented at the American College of Cardiology's Annual Scientific Session, found that people who ate 12 eggs or more each week had similar cholesterol levels to those who didn't eat eggs.
