STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Community Board 2 will hold a land use public hearing on Tuesday, April 6, to address the removal of trees on vacant land in Emerson Hill.
At issue is the removal of five trees to accommodate the construction of a two-story, detached single-family residence at 214 and 262 Shields Place.
