Deja Lykens believes her family was called to open the new gift shop at 120 Shaw St.
Happenings before and since the launch of “Sista Sista,” seem to help validate her beliefs.
For starters, the space housing Sista Sista in a commercial strip near the Greenville city limit at Rutherford “just popped up.”
“I just say the universe sent us this store,” Lykens said. “It came so easy. We really wasn't expecting a store this fast. We were just trying to keep up with the universe, I guess, and God, of course, is the universe. I believe He brought this to us to help catapult us to another level.”
