BETHALTO — Two civic-minded brothers are each first-time candidates in the April 6 election.
Tim Tweedy, 60, is running for a seat with the Village of Bethalto Board of Trustees. His brother, Scott Tweedy, 64, is running for a seat with the Wood River City Council.
