Sexual assault suit against former Philly detective is consolidated with similar actions

PHILADELPHIA – The case of a man who spent over 12 years in prison for murder and was later exonerated, who then sued the City of Philadelphia and a former Philadelphia Police Department detective whom he alleges sexually assaulted him, has now been consolidated with other actions against that same, now-incarcerated former detective.
