EDWARDSVILLE — A series of committee meetings and an executive session at Wednesday’s Madison County Board meeting are planned to deal with pending litigation, including a possible vote on settlement.
Possible settlements could include lawsuits involving former Community Development Director Kristen Poshard or the Veteran’s Assistance Commission.
An amendment to the Madison County Board’s Agenda Monday included an executive session “for the purpose of discussing pending or imminent litigation” to be followed by an open session “for the purpose of approving settlement of pending litigation” discussed in the executive session.
