He announced a new 'super charged' vaccine drive for NYC
It will establish 100 community vaccine sites using $32billion from the COVID relief bill passed in December 
Schumer said the money would head straight to the city bypassing Albany  
'When Albany gets the money sometimes the city doesn't see all of it,' he said
