The SEISS grant was introduced by Chancellor Rishi Sunak last year in an effort to help self employed Brits stay on their feet while they were unable to work throughout the pandemic. The grant has since been extended three times so far, with the fourth grant expected to open for applicants in the coming weeks, although the Government hasn't yet confirmed exactly when this could be.
