What a year. Right? Due to obvious circumstances *cough* COVID *cough* and being largely kept in a state of quarantine, the records (in a tangible sense) did not flood in this year. I can count the total on two hands and have a decent percentage of those 10 fingers left after the counting is done.
That said, the digital format still saw some ample action. Being a dinosaur, this was part of the pain I endured as my collective 2020 experience. I am, as many know, not a digital dude as it pertains to music. I like to hold it. I like to figure out where I’m going to keep in the walls of my music hoarding palace. To the delight of my wife, the walls didn’t close in too much tighter this year, as the majority of the music I fielded lives in the cloud(s).
