School closes on 'health and safety grounds' after boy, 11, lost his finger while fleeing bullies

Abertillery Learning Community in Gwent has been closed today over 'health and safety concerns' after schoolboy Raheem Bailey, 11, lost his finger escaping from bullies last week.
