The Save Your Courthouse Committee has filed a taxpayer lawsuit against the City of Medina to try to block a move of Medina Municipal Court into the Medina County Courthouse. (Alyssa Alfano, special to cleveland.com)

MEDINA, Ohio -- Members of the Save Your Courthouse Committee have filed a taxpayer lawsuit against the City of Medina.
According to a press release from the organization, the lawsuit is looking to stop the “expenditure of taxpayer money and resources in violation of the citizen’s initiative that city voters passed last fall.”
