Sanwo-Olu orders arrest of soldier riding one way, impounds motorcycles

The Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Tuesday, ordered the arrest of a soldier and three other motorcyclists for taking one way at the Lagos-Badagry Expressway.
