Sacramento follows Denver's lead and is planning to build 175 tiny homes for the homeless - the latest city to join the trend as communities look to clean up their streets

Part of a planned 1,200 residences promised by Gavin Newsom, the homes will be set in a park in the southern portion of the city, which like much of the rest of the state is littered with encampments.
