S+4 construction: Panchkula resident alleges caused 'further cracks' in his walls, writes to HSVP

Stilt-plus-four houses have been a bone of contention in Panchkula for a long time. In July, an expert committee constituted by the Haryana government allowed S+4 constructions with a few riders.
