Rocklin man will serve less than year in jail for traffic deaths of CHP officer, Vallejo man

VALLEJO — The Rocklin man responsible for the deaths of CHP Officer Kirk A. Griess and a Vallejo motorist in August 2018 told the victims’ friends and families Wednesday how sorry he is for the pain he has caused.
