VALLEJO The Rocklin man responsible for the deaths of CHP Officer Kirk A. Griess and a Vallejo motorist in August 2018 told the victims’ friends and families Wednesday how sorry he is for the pain he has caused.
“It breaks my heart,” Sean M. Walker, 39, said in a short statement
