The Board of Directors of Quint Digital Media Ltd at its meeting held on January 20, 2021, has considered and approved the issuance of fully paid up bonus shares in the ratio of One (1) equity share for every one (1) equity share held on the record date, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The Company will intimate the Record Date for determining eligible shareholders entitled to receive Bonus Equity Shares in due course.
