Quincy Night Club Owner Pleads Not Guilty to Battery Charge

In Adams County Circuit Court, 47 year old Steven Homan pleaded not guilty to one count of aggravated battery.
Homan was charged after an incident at The Barn night club April 4th when he allegedly attacked 19 year old Jazzpher Evans, a freshman at Quincy University.
Homan was indicted by an Adams County Grand Jury April 29th.
Homan is scheduled to be back in court July 6th.
He is free on $25,000 bond.
