India's largest shipment of plant-based meat, including jackfruit-based BBQ Jack, has been sent to the US. The shipment is part of India's growing export potential in the plant-based meat industry, which is projected to reach between Rs 2,194 crore to Rs 6,824 crore by 2030. India's advantages in producing plant-based meat include its strong tradition of vegetarian food, a large and growing workforce, low wages, and abundant raw materials.
