Drug possession
BELLEFONTE — A man was investigated for drug possession by state police at Rockview on 9000 Block South Eagle Valley Road in Worth Twp. at 8:26 p.m. on March 5.
William Frederick Fritz had his 2006 Ford Focus pulled over by police during a traffic stop. According to police, Fritz admitted to having drugs and paraphernalia in his vehicle. Charges are pending lab results.
Possession of drugs
BELLEFONTE — A girl was arrested for possession of drugs and paraphernalia on 116 Rusty Lane by state police at Rockview at 11:02 a.m. March 4.
Amanda Nevel, 18, of Philipsburg, allegedly claimed possession of the drugs and paraphernalia that was in plain view of police. According to police, they were there to assist with Children and Youth Services with an in-home incident. A charge for possession of drug paraphernalia is currently pending.
