• Dakota R. Dawdy, 24, of 1325 Old Route 36, Winchester, was booked into the Morgan County jail at 11:33 p.m. Tuesday on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, possession of adult-use cannabis by a driver, illegal transportation or possession of liquor by a driver and a title/registration offense.

Stucker, 42, of 19 Maple Creek Lane was booked into the Morgan County jail at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday on three counts of methamphetamine delivery, three counts of aggravated fleeing or eluding an officer, three counts of reckless driving, and three counts of driving while license is revoked or suspended.
