FUN: Beer gardens have opened
A SENIOR police officer is urging people to be sensible and safe as lockdown is eased across the country.
And while the force has vowed to be fair and friendly with people as a return to some form of normality resumes, they have warned that they will not tolerate anti-social behaviour, violence or criminality.
As of Monday, pubs and restaurants serving outside reopened, along with non-essential shops, gyms and hairdressers.
Ch Supt Russ Procter, of Lancashire Police, said: “We all want a return to normality and today’s easing of certain lockdown measures is a further step in the right direction.
