Pace yourself and drink safely - police warning as lockdown restrictions ease across Lancashire
The police are reminding residents they will continue to take a common sense and proportionate approach to policing as lockdown measures continue to ease in England.
From today people will be able to socialise indoors in a group of up to six people or two households, including for overnight stays.
Up to 30 people can meet outside and pubs, theatres, and other venues can open indoors.
Hotels, hostels and B&Bs can also open for people on holiday.
As rules are relaxed, police are urging people to continue following both the rules and associated guidance as part of the government’s roadmap to coming out of lockdown. ....

The force is urging people to continue to follow the rules and guidance as Lancashire s pubs, bars, cafes and other businesses prepare to welcome customers inside for the first time this year.
From today (Monday, May 17), we can socialise indoors in groups of up to six or two households, including for overnight stays. Up to 30 people can also meet outside whilst pubs, restaurants, cafes and other venues can welcome customers back indoors. ....

A SENIOR police officer is urging people to be sensible and safe as lockdown is eased across the country.
And while the force has vowed to be fair and friendly with people as a return to some form of normality resumes, they have warned that they will not tolerate anti-social behaviour, violence or criminality.
As of Monday, pubs and restaurants serving outside reopened, along with non-essential shops, gyms and hairdressers.
