Police halt search for missing campers Russell Hill and Carol Clay

Russell Hill and Carol Clay went camping in secret amid a lurid affair on March 19
Their scorched campsite was later found with flammable as bottles in the tent
Phones, a $2,000 drone, car keys, bank cards and sleeping bags were all gone  
Victoria Police has been desperately searching for clues to crack the case 
Weather conditions in the area the campers went missing has halted search
