Plaintiff alleging inhumane conditions at Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility seeks depositions

PHILADELPHIA – A former Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility inmate is seeking to take two depositions from fellow prisoners who he says can corroborate that he was subjected to cruel and unusual punishment, including being denied clean sheets and showers and not being allowed to leave his cell during a two-month incarceration.
