PHILADELPHIA – The City of Philadelphia has been dismissed from a civil rights lawsuit alleging that multiple Philadelphia Police Department officers and assistant district attorneys violated a Philadelphia man's and his family’s constitutional rights through illegally performed narcotics arrests and prosecutions.
