Pasco L. Schiavo Scholars Program established at Penn State Hazleton

A scholarship program funded by the estate of Penn State Hazleton advocate and longtime philanthropist Pasco L. Schiavo has been established at the campus to support first-year, baccalaureate degree-seeking students.
