Parents 'heartbroken' as man appears in court charged with murder of older brother

Billy Green, 26, died at the scene after being stabbed
Lewis Green, of Tewkesbury Close, Portsmouth, is accused over the fatal stabbing of 26-year-old Billy Green.
Emergency services were called to Pickwick House in Wingfield Street,
Portsmouth, at 12.43pm last Monday, 11 January, and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
