Over 20 inches of rain: Flooding forces rescues, washes out roads in North Mississippi

Days of rain in the Delta and other areas of central and north Mississippi this week have flooded homes, washed out roads and forced rescues of some residents.
"One observer measured slightly over 20 inches of rain in the last three days," said Andy Sniezak, National Weather Service meteorologist in Memphis, of rainfall in Tallahatchie County.
